    • It is possible to transfer a plurality of independent services used on a certain terminal to other terminal and use them with ease. A service transferring method of transferring service being used at a transferring source terminal to a transferring destination terminal, in which information about correlation between a session ID which identifies a session between a service server which provides the service and the transferring source terminal using the service and a terminal ID of the transferring source terminal is stored in at least either one of the service server and a transfer management server, and either one of the transferring source and transferring destination terminals transmits a terminal ID of the one terminal and a terminal ID of the other terminal to the transfer management server to notify service transfer and upon receiving the notification of the service transfer, the information about correlation between the session ID and the terminal ID recorded in either the service server or the transfer management server is updated.

    • A message propagation scheme for a distributed virtual world is provided. In general, each of a number of peer servers hosts a cell of the virtual world, where the cell is also referred to herein as a virtual space. A peer server issues an advertisement/subscription (ad/sub) message, or message flow path setup message, identifying message types produced by the virtual objects in the virtual space hosted by the peer server and message types consumed by the virtual objects in the virtual space hosted by the peer server. Based on the ad/sub message, for each message type produced, message flow paths from the peer server to other peer servers hosting virtual objects that are consumers of the message type are identified. Likewise, for each message type consumed, message paths from other peer servers hosting virtual objects that are producers of the message type to the peer server are identified.

    • Methods and apparatus for implementing peer-to-peer relay. In one implementation, a method of building a redundancy list in a peer system in a peer-to-peer relay network includes: receiving a first message including first identification information at a first peer system from a second peer system connected to said first peer system in a peer-to-peer relay network; storing said first identification information; receiving a second message including second identification information at said first peer system from a third peer system connected to said first peer system in said peer-to-peer relay network; comparing said second identification information with said first identification information; building a redundancy update message; and sending said redundancy update message to said third peer system.
