摘要： An improved oral administration coupler for delivery of fluids such as medications and nutritional fluids. Example oral administration couplers have a first end with an applicator for oral delivery to an infant, and a second end with a coupling compatible with an enteral fluid delivery syringe. A fluid delivery conduit extends in fluid communication from the first end to the second end, to deliver fluid from the syringe to the infant. In some example embodiments, the coupler is configured for back-of-mouth delivery, and can comprise a generally elongate and at least partially flexible tube or straw.

摘要： A nursing bottle assembly includes a rigid outer casing, a flexible inner liner and a teat arrangement. The teat arrangement attaches to the outer casing and secures the inner liner in position within the outer casing. The flexible inner liner includes a container in the form of a bellows such that it expands and collapses in a predictable linear manner along its longitudinal axis. Preferably, the inner liner is moulded from a food-grade silicone or thermoplastic elastomer and includes a substantially cylindrical container formed with at least one projecting rib or groove about which the liner folds to enable it to expand and collapse in a predictable linear manner along its longitudinal axis.

摘要： A combination baby bottle and solid food compartment with spoon is adapted for use with a small child in the range of 3 months to 41/2 years of age. The bottle is uniquely shaped for easy gripping by the child and is divided into multiple compartments for holding separate liquids. The compartments are accessed through a valve arrangement, and the liquids can be dispensed by means of a sipper, straws or a nipple. The nipple is adapted to simulate a woman's breast, with the texture of the surface area of the nipple extension and surrounding the extension having a raspberry effect. The food compartment fits on the bottom of the bottle in an inverted position to provide a wide base for the combination. The handle of the spoon is shaped to fit the contour of the bottle to which it is secured by a clip. The spoon is uniquely shaped to fit the child's mouth or oral cavity.
