摘要： An ostomy appliance comprises a pouch having first and second walls, with an inlet aperture in the first wall. A stoma seal is carried by the second wall, and is disposed generally in register with the inlet aperture for sealing against a stoma in use. An outer coupling element is coupled to the first wall and surrounds the inlet aperture. An inner coupling element for supporting the stoma seal, is coupled to the second wall and/or to the stoma seal. The outer coupling element surrounds a periphery of the inner coupling element. The stoma seal may be of an inflatable type or an insertable type. Manipulation tabs may be provided associated with the inner and outer coupling elements.

The medical closure device includes a coupling part for engaging a part of the device protruding from the mammalian body. The coupling part is a circumferential flexible member delimiting a coupling opening configurable between a relaxed configuration where the coupling opening cannot pass over the medical device and a stressed configuration where the coupling opening of the coupling part can pass over the medical device. The coupling part has a securing member for securing the coupling part to a closure part, such as a cap, an ostomy bag, a catheter, or an irrigation device, for subsequent closure of a discharge opening.

摘要： The invention relates to a two-piece ostomy device comprising a base plate for adhering to the skin surrounding a stoma and a releasable collecting bag for collecting output from said stoma. The base plate is releasably connectable to the collecting bag via a first annular flange arranged on the base plate and a second annular flange arranged on the collecting bag. An adhesive is at least partly disposed on at least one of the flanges. The ostomy device further comprises a first through-going hole extending through the first annular flange along a first axis and a second through-going hole extending through the second annular flange along a second axis, wherein the ostomy device further comprises a guiding aid for arranging the first annular flange and the second annular flange in a guiding configuration. In the guiding configuration the movement of the first and the second flange is limited relative to each other in one plane being defined by the first and the second axis and in rotation around at least one of the first or the second axis. The limited movement of the base plate and the collecting bag provides a two-piece system which is easier to apply correctly and thus reduces the risk of leakage.

One feature of the invention is that one of the coupling members comprises a tapered seal seat surface for cooperating with a deflectable seal wing carried by the other member. The tapered seal seat has a smoothly curved taper, to enable a relatively large seal area to be provided within a low coupling profile height. Another feature of one form of the invention is that the split ring has an inclined outer surface to form a smooth profile with the coupling member on which it is carried. Another feature of another form of the invention is that each limb of the split ring is bifurcated to receive a radially projecting guide of the coupling member, on which the split ring is mounted. The split ring thus extends above and below the guide, removing the need for a mounting channel on the coupling member itself, and enabling the height of the coupling to be further reduced.
