摘要： Disclosed is an interchangeable hair dryer styling attachment. The device includes an elongated hose having a first end and a second end. The first end includes a hair dryer connector and the second end includes a hair styling tool connector. The hose is flexible and heat-insulated so that it can be manipulated easily while withstanding hot air from a hair dryer. The hair dryer connector is funnel-like in shape and is configured to snugly fit to a barrel of the hair dryer. The hair styling tool connector includes a grooved end that removably connects to various hair styling tools such as brushes and hoods or bonnets. The hose provides air communication between the hair dryer and the hair styling tools, and is of sufficient length that the hair dryer can rest on a surface while the hair styling tools are used.

According to the invention, the hair care device (1) is characterized in that said hair care device has the feature of a back side (8) facing away from the hair treatment apparatus (5) and an ion-producing apparatus (9) for producing ions on the hair which has at least one switching unit, an ion source, an ion outlet (1) and a sheath surrounding the ion outlet (11). Said hair care device (1) has in addition a grounding surface for the removal/limiting of electronic loads, which is arranged on a part of the housing in the area of the ion outlet, wherein the ion source has a potential level of −10 to −3 KV relative to the potential level of the grounding surface, the sheath has a potential level of −2.5 to −1 KV or of 20% to 50% of the potential level of the ion source relative to the potential level of the grounding surface, and the back side (8) of the device has a potential level of −500 to −100V or from 2% to 10% of the potential level of the ion source relative to the potential level of the grounding surface.

A brush body constituting a hairbrush is formed to have a substantially quadrangular sectional shape with rounded corners to thereby shorten a hair drying time and improve hair curling efficiency. A slippage prevention part is formed on the outer surface of each steel wire constituting a core element to increase frictional force between bristles and the steel wire, maintain the firmly fastened state of the bristles for an extended period of time and lengthen the lifetime of the hairbrush. A rounded part is formed on each end of each bristle through grinding to prevent damage to the skin of the head, ensure smooth combing of hair and increase the value of the hairbrush.

摘要： A hairbrush having a head that may be quickly removed from the brush handle and a hairbrush system utilizing the same. In its most basic form, the hairbrush includes a brush head having a plurality of bristles, a removable brush handle, and a quick disconnect mechanism for removably attaching the brush handle to the brush head such that the brush handle may be quickly removed from the brush head. In the preferred embodiment, the quick disconnect mechanism includes a rod extending from the brush handle with a spring loaded ball partially extending from the rod, and an opening disposed within the brush head for accepting the rod and retaining the ball. The preferred ball presses against a sleeve disposed within the opening in the brush head. In some embodiments, however, the sleeve is eliminated and the opening includes a keyway and retainer mates with the ball and holds the ball in place. The hairbrush system includes two or more cylindrical brush heads, at least one brush handle and a quick disconnect mechanism, each as described above. In the preferred system, at least two of the cylindrical brush heads are of different diameter.

摘要： A hairbrush is provided which includes a brush head that is detachable from the handle whereby numerous brush heads may be rolled into the hair and the handle removed such that the detached brush heads may act as curlers. The hairbrush includes a handle with a polygonal socket tool extending therefrom. A detent, preferably a spring loaded ball detent, protrudes from one of the side walls of the socket tool. The hairbrush also includes a brush head having a central core. An end wall of the central core defines a socket which is sized and shaped to receive the socket tool. A ridge defined by the socket engages the detent when the socket tool is inserted in the socket. Preferably, the hairbrush also includes a retraction mechanism for retracting the detent so that when the retraction mechanism is actuated the detent no longer engages the ridge of the socket. Most preferably, the retraction mechanism comprises a button protruding through an outer longitudinal surface of the handle so that the detent is retracted when the button is depressed.
