The system generally comprises pants, shirt, and at least two straps that secure the top side of the pants and the bottom side of the shirt either on the front, back, interior, or exterior sides of the pants and shirt. Those straps may also be adjustable for tautness. A further embodiment includes foot coverings that extend from the pants to cover the infant's feet. Such foot coverings may be made from a breathable material. The invention may also include cushioning to protect the infant from falls. The invention also includes a method for reducing the risk of infant suffocation. The method may include steps of dressing an infant in a pair of pants and shirt while using fabric straps to secure the shirt to the pants so the shirt does not ride up.

The cord may be positioned horizontally across a chest area of the child's garment, such that a midpoint of the cord is located substantially on a midpoint of the garment. Further, the cord may be an elastic cord covered in an inelastic fabric. Also, the first end of the cord may be a piece of hook and loop fabric for coupling with a hook and loop fabric on the garment.

To use the cloth (1), the user simply wraps the strap (4) around the bottle and attaches the fastening means (14) on a strap outer surface (13) to a fastening means (14) located on a strap inner surface (12). An alternate embodiment includes an adjuster (7) located on a strap pair (18) wherein the user feeds the end portion of the strap (4) through the adjuster (7) and pulls the strap (4) so as to make the strap (4) tight against the bottle (10). To use the cloth (1) as a baby diaper changing pad, the user simply flips the cloth (1) so that the back side (8) is face up, places the baby's head onto the pillow (2) and changes the diaper. The user may then wipe the back side (8) with a disinfecting wipe to kill the germs.
