    • The present invention provides a heat treatment system, which includes a treatment chamber having an input port and a discharge port for charging and discharging materials to be treated. A heating system including a plurality of pipe-like heaters positioned one after another in serial arrangement is provided so that the heating temperature is gradually increased for heating the steam or the atomized water introduced from the water feeding system into the heaters by applying voltage on the heaters to turn the steam and the atomized water to superheated steam, and for performing heat treatment on the materials to be treated by injecting the superheated steam into the treatment chamber. A circulating system is provided for sucking the superheated steam and the dry distillation gas in the treatment chamber and for supplying the steam and the gas again into the treatment chamber after deodorizing and filtering, and a control unit is provided for controlling operating conditions such as supply quantity of the steam, duration of treatment, etc.

    • The vacuum-heat processing apparatus according to the present invention includes: a vacuum container forming a vacuum chamber; a hopper into which an object to be processed and a processing liquid adjusted to a first temperature are thrown, the hopper being arranged above and communicating with an intake port formed in an upper end portion of the vacuum container; a sealing member arranged between the hopper and the intake port of the vacuum container to keep the vacuum chamber airtight; a transport conveyor installed in the vacuum chamber below the intake port to receive at one end side thereof the object flowing down the hopper from the intake port through the sealing member and carry it to the other end side; a processing liquid showering nozzles installed in the vacuum chamber immediately above the transport conveyor to shower a processing liquid adjusted to a second temperature over the object on the transport conveyor; a processing liquid tank containing a processing liquid adjusted to a third temperature and installed in the vacuum chamber immediately below the transport conveyor to receive the object dropped from the transport conveyor; at least one liquid removing device provided immediately below and communicating with a discharge port formed in a lower end portion of the vacuum container to remove the processing liquid from the object; and a transport device installed in the vacuum chamber to carry the object in the processing liquid tank to the liquid removing device.

    • The invention presents a method, apparatus and container for sterilizing solid matter or liquid matter containing solid matter efficiently in a short time, while preventing deterioration of quality or decline of flavor.In this method, solid matter (a) and liquid matter (b) are separately heated and sterilized, and both are mixed after being sterilized, and put and sealed in a bag (c) or container. When heating and sterilizing the solid matter independently, the solid matter is weight and dispensed in each retainer (c) by the portion of one pack each, and sterilized, and is transferred, after being sterilized, from the retainer (d) into a bag (c) or container, and sealed. Sterilization is executed by rotating the retainer (d) and inducing an agitating action on the inside solid matter. The apparatus comprises a sterilizing tank 22 or 42 for receiving and supporting a plurality of retainers (d) by a plurality of guide rails 22e so as to allow to roll in an aligned state, and an oscillating device 40 or 72 for oscillating it like a seesaw. The retainer (d), that is, a container 81 is formed in a cylindrical cup form on the outer circumference so as to be easy to roll and rotate, and the inner circumference and inner bottom are provided with means for promoting agitation of the solid matter.
