摘要： The windscreen wiper device includes a longitudinally extending wiper element that is made of an elastomeric material. A carrier element, which includes at least one pre-curved longitudinal strip, operably supports the wiper element. The wiper device also includes a connector device with a first piece and with a second piece. A joint part is also provided, and the joint part is connectable with the second piece of the connector device and is configured for attachment with an oscillating wiper arm. The second piece includes a pair of prongs which extend through aligned openings in the first piece and the at least one longitudinal strip. Ends of the prongs are plastically deformed to lock the first and second pieces of the connector device with the at least one pre-curved longitudinal strip.

The adapter includes a body, a deck, a release tab, a tooth, and a biasing element. The body has sides to accommodate wiper hook. The deck engages the top of the wiper hook. The release tab is spaced from the deck, is disposed between the sides, and extends to a distal end. The tooth depends from the release tab and engages the aperture of the bottom of the wiper hook. The biasing element depends from the release tab, is disposed between the tooth and the distal end, and engages the bottom of the wiper hook such that the release tab is displaced upwardly toward the top of the wiper hook when the tooth engages the aperture of the wiper hook.

The wiper coupler adaptor also includes a deck disposed between the sidewalls to define a rest that is adapted to operative receive a track between the rails of the attachment member, an elevated platform disposed between the sidewalls and the deck to define an aperture adapted to receive a portion of a bent tab of the attachment member, and a snap bridge disposed within the aperture including a lip depending therefrom that is adapted to receive a portion of the bent tab of the attachment member to prevent undesired release of said wiper coupler adaptor from the attachment member.
