摘要： The sensor network described herein uses a distributed sigma-delta converter, where each of a plurality of sensor nodes includes a sigma-delta modulator communicatively coupled to a remotely located sigma-delta processor in a control hub. Each sensor node generates a serial bit stream representative of a sensor output signal. The control hub includes a plurality of signal processors, each of which receive and digitally process the serial bit stream wirelessly transmitted by a corresponding sensor node. A controller in the control hub analyzes the digital output from each signal processor to determine one or more characteristics of the sensor network.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a Time Duplex Division (TDD) modem and a method in such a modem for making Single Ended Line Test (SELT) measurements. The device comprises a transmitter and a receiver and it has a normal mode of TDD communication. In these devices, Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) is used as line measurement. It has a number of drawbacks, and for overcoming said drawbacks, Frequency Domain Reflectometry (FDR) measurement techniques adapted for TDD devices are suggested.

摘要： A method and apparatus for handling mobility for a first host with a MPTCP connection to a second host. The first host is identified by a master address that does not change for the duration of the connection, and a plurality of locators. Each locator is associated with a path used in the MPTCP connection. The first host then determines that it has moved, and so obtains new locators. It then sends a first message to a Location Server (LS). The LS maintains an association between the master address and the locators, and the first message includes the new locators. The first host then sends a second message to the second host, the second message including the new locators. The first host can then receive packets sent from the second host sent using the MPTCP connection using the new locators.

摘要： An existing path in a connection-oriented network requires resizing from a first size to a second size. Nodes exchange control plane signalling with other nodes which advertises available resources on links between nodes. A node on the existing path receives a request to establish a path capable of being resized to the second size. The node determines, using information acquired by the control plane signalling with other nodes, a new path between nodes capable of supporting the second size. The node signals to establish the new path and switches traffic from the existing path to the new path. The node causes the new path to be resized to the second size. Nodes exchange control plane signalling with other nodes which advertises whether a link supports resizing, such as OSPF-TE advertisements.
