    • The present invention relates to a power converter, using input voltage provided by a fuel battery and processing an electrical characteristics transformation on the input voltage to output an output voltage to loading. The power converter comprises: a multiple-phase PWM controller to output multiple PWM control signals in accordance with the voltage level of output voltage; a multiple phase bridge converter to input and output the input voltage in accordance with the multiple PWM control signals; and a transformer to input and process an electrical characteristics transformation on the input voltage from the multiple phase bridge converters to output the output voltage. The multiple-phase PWM controller further comprises a PWM generator and at least one phase shifter.

    • This invention disclosed a corona discharge apparatus composed of a plurality of substrate deposited with matrix of carbon nanotubes. By using ventilation device, the airflow can pass through the corona discharge apparatus, and the electric charge produced due to the corona discharge on the carbon nanotubes. The electric charge impacts oxygen molecular is divided two oxygen atoms. The reaction of oxygen molecular and oxygen atom can produce ozone. Furthermore, by performing corona discharge, at least part of the particle of gas will become charged particle, and the present invention further comprises a particle collector used to collect the charged particle. When the particle in the air followed by airflow pass through the corona discharge apparatus, the electric charge produced due to corona discharge on the carbon nanotubes can attach to the particle to achieve the charging.

    • A method for producing a positive electrode material adapted to the Li-ion secondary batteries is disclosed. The produced material has the following formula (I), Li1+xMn2−yMyO4   (I) wherein M is Mg, Al, Cr, Fe, Co, or Ni; 0≦x≦0.4, and 0≦y≦0.2. The method is achieved by co-precipitating a gel salts with an organic acid. First, salts of Li, Mn and M are mixed with at least a solvent to form an initial solution. The mole ratio of Li, Mn and M ions in their respective salts is (1+x):(2−y):y. Next, at least a chelate is added into the initial solution to form a suspension, which is then filtered to obtain a co-precipitate. Finally, the co-precipitate is calcined and heated to obtain the final product.
