摘要： An LED printer includes a lower body frame, an upper body frame being detachably mounted on the lower body frame, an LED frame with a lever mounted on the upper body frame for supporting an LED head array, a spring connected between a right end portion of the LED frame and the upper body frame, and a process unit with an upper leading end for mounting a photo-sensitive drum. The LED head array is mounted beneath the right end portion of the LED frame, and the upper leading end pushes the lever when the process unit is installed inside the upper body frame so that a distance between the photo-sensitive drum and the LED head array is properly maintained. The LED frame is pivoted on a hinge to an inoperative position by a recovering force of a spring connected between the upper body frame and the LED frame.

摘要： A method and an apparatus for controlling transmitter power of a femto base station in a broadband wireless communication system are provided. In the method, a femto base station receives a signal having an intensity of a threshold or more from UE and transmits a message reporting power-on of a transmitter to a femto base station controller. The UE transmits a message reporting downlink signal measurement results of femto base stations to the femto base station controller via a macro base station. The femto base station controller determines a femto base station which becomes a handover target of the UE using report messages of the femto base stations and the UE. The femto base station controller transmits a handover procedure start message to the macro base station and the determined femto base station.

摘要： A vacuum control and detection system for a semiconductor fabricating apparatus includes a vacuum line connected to a plate for holding a semiconductor wafer to be processed. An electromagnetic valve is connected to the vacuum line for selectively opening and closing the vacuum line. A control unit receives a wafer sensing signal from the plate, and supplies an actuating voltage to the electromagnetic valve to open the vacuum line and securely hold the wafer to the plate via a vacuum force. A time delay device also receives the actuating voltage from the control unit and outputs a wafer holding signal to the control unit after a 2-3 second time delay. After wafer processing operations are completed, the control unit deactivates the actuating voltage supplied to the electromagnetic valve and the time delay device to close the vacuum line and release the vacuum force on the wafer.
