    • An LED printer includes a lower body frame, an upper body frame being detachably mounted on the lower body frame, an LED frame with a lever mounted on the upper body frame for supporting an LED head array, a spring connected between a right end portion of the LED frame and the upper body frame, and a process unit with an upper leading end for mounting a photo-sensitive drum. The LED head array is mounted beneath the right end portion of the LED frame, and the upper leading end pushes the lever when the process unit is installed inside the upper body frame so that a distance between the photo-sensitive drum and the LED head array is properly maintained. The LED frame is pivoted on a hinge to an inoperative position by a recovering force of a spring connected between the upper body frame and the LED frame.

    • An electronic program guide display apparatus and method are provided. The electronic program guide display apparatus includes: a program information receiving unit which receives program information about electronic program guide organization programs from a broadcast station; a program information database which stores the received program information; a mode information input unit which receives mode information from a user; a day information input unit which receives day information from a user; a program cell display unit which extracts program information corresponding to a mode which the mode information indicates and a day which the day information indicates, from the program information in the database, and displays the extracted program information as cells having a uniform format, regardless of a predetermined characteristic of the program information. According to the electronic program guide display apparatus and method, it is possible for a viewer to see at a glance a program cell, thereby improving readability of program information.

    • A vacuum control and detection system for a semiconductor fabricating apparatus includes a vacuum line connected to a plate for holding a semiconductor wafer to be processed. An electromagnetic valve is connected to the vacuum line for selectively opening and closing the vacuum line. A control unit receives a wafer sensing signal from the plate, and supplies an actuating voltage to the electromagnetic valve to open the vacuum line and securely hold the wafer to the plate via a vacuum force. A time delay device also receives the actuating voltage from the control unit and outputs a wafer holding signal to the control unit after a 2-3 second time delay. After wafer processing operations are completed, the control unit deactivates the actuating voltage supplied to the electromagnetic valve and the time delay device to close the vacuum line and release the vacuum force on the wafer.
