摘要： The present invention relates to a dicing film having an adhesive film for dicing a wafer and a die adhesive film, which are used for manufacturing a semiconductor package, and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor package using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a dicing film wherein a shrinkage release film is inserted between an adhesive film for dicing a wafer and a die adhesive film so that the die adhesive film and a die can be easily separated from the adhesive film for dicing a wafer when picking up a semiconductor die, and a method of manufacturing a semiconductor package using the same.

摘要： The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive adhesive comprising an anisotropic conductive adhesive combined with a crystalline polymer to realize anisotropic conductivity and PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) characteristics at the same time. The anisotropic conductive adhesive having PTC characteristics according to the present invention comprises an insulating adhesive component and a plurality of conductive particles dispersed in adhesive component, in which the insulating adhesive component comprises a crystalline polymer. Since the anisotropic conductive adhesive according to the present invention includes a crystalline polymer, when temperature rises and the volume expands, electrical resistance is rapidly increased, whereby current flow is intercepted resulting in blocking current, providing PTC characteristics acting as a switch. Thus, it shows circuit protection function as well. Accordingly, it is possible to intercept a circuit upon occurrence of excess current without using a separate element for circuit protection such as PTC thermistor.

The apparatus comprises a case provided with a cover and piercing holes at opposite sides of the case such that a steel wire can pass through the case, a plurality of driving motors provided at one side of the exterior of the case, rotating members located at an inside of the case and connected to the driving motors, respectively, by belts serving to rotate them, support plates for supporting the rotating members, and cleaning members coupled to the rotating member and adapted to provide a path through which the steel wire passes. The dry lubricant on the surface of the steel wire can be effectively cleaned by friction between the lubricant on the steel wire and the cleaning members.

The Apparatus comprises a main heat source location sensor (800) for detecting the location of a main heat source for heating a substrate tube 100, an additional supporting device control part (1000) wiredly or wirelessly connected to the main heat source location sensor (800), and an additional supporting device (1100) wiredly or wirelessly connected to the additional supporting device control part (1000) for supporting the substrate tube (100). The present invention reduces the effective length of the substrate tube (100) by additionally supporting the substrate tube (100), thereby minimizing the deflection of the substrate tube (100). Particularly, it is possible to considerably reduce the deflection of the substrate tube at its initial part and thus to achieve a high deposition efficiency. Accordingly, it is possible to mass-produce an optical fiber preform of high quality.
