摘要： A fuel-tank control valve includes: casing; main float; plate with upper surface that constitutes bottom portion of casing, and that includes first gas-storage chamber formed of plate and peripheral wall portion that is provided upright from rim of upper surface to lower side; sub float arranged above the plate; second gas-storage chamber formed of a part including gas supply hole of first gas-storage chamber among parts of upper surface, and partition-wall portion which is away from peripheral wall portion, and that is provided in first gas-storage chamber; and clearance which is formed between casing and peripheral wall portion, and through which fuel in fuel tank can flow in, second gas-storage chamber and clearance being provided for sub float. 摘要： A fuel control valve includes a case and a movable body that is movably housed in the case. The case has a valve seat surface shaped in an inner cone shape whose inner diameter increases toward a tip. A valve element surface is operable by the movable body, and is in contact with the valve seat surface along a seal line in a valve closed state. The valve element surface is separated from the valve seat surface in a valve open state. Plural grooves are disposed between the tip and the seal line to expand radially outside from the valve seat surface. Plural projections are defined between the grooves to intermittently leave the valve seat surface.

A sub-float valve is provided below the container in the casing, and is closed by floating on fuel at the time of a turn of a vehicle or an automatic stop of first refueling. When the first refueling is completed, air in the sub-float valve is discharged, and the sub-float valve loses its floating function.

摘要： A fuel vapor control device has a flow control valve which regulates a flow amount of fuel vapor from a fuel tank to a canister. The flow control valve has a movable element accommodated in a case. The movable valve element has a central cylindrical part, an outer cylindrical part, and a disc part which connects the central cylindrical part and the outer cylindrical part. The central cylindrical part provides a central channel. The central channel provides a main channel which communicates an inlet and an outlet. A sub channel defined and formed between the movable element and the case is opened and closed by a valve formed by the case and the outer cylindrical part. The central channel makes easy setting of flow amount in regulated condition. Since turbulence is reduced, it is possible to perform stable regulation.
