摘要： A position sensing mechanism provided by the invention comprises an encoding element as a sensing signal source, a reading element for sensing signals of the signal source, and a processing unit for receiving and analyzing sensing signals output by the reading element, the position sensing mechanism has a main technical feature lying in a magneto-resistive unit in the reading element for sensing signals of the signal source being a tunneling magneto-resistor (TMR), and two layers of magnetic moments of a reference layer and a free layer of the tunneling magneto-resistor being perpendicular to each other, and in the reference layer and the free layer with the magnetic moments being perpendicular to each other, the magnetic moment of one of the layers is parallel to a film surface, and the magnetic moment of the other layer is perpendicular to the film surface.

摘要： A coil insulation structure for a rotating machine provided in the present invention is based on a conventional insulation technology. In particular, tooth portions of an iron core in which coil windings are inserted have a straight tooth structure without a shoe portion, and a component with an insulation effect is further added at a position of an opening of a groove in which the coil winding is located, so that an insulation effect is improved, and at the same time an added insulation component is used to ensure a thickness and a size of an inner layer located at a position adjacent to an air gap of a motor when the coil winding is encapsulated, thereby improving product quality.

摘要： An assembling mechanism of a self-locking linear actuator includes a gearbox, a one-piece rear retainer seat and a casing. The gearbox is composed of two half pieces, which are mated with each other for accommodating and locating a transmission mechanism of the actuator. The rear retainer seat is fixedly held in the gearbox for supporting a bearing of a threaded rod of the transmission mechanism and bearing the stress from the threaded rod. The contact faces of the rear retainer seat and the gearbox are regular polygonal to facilitate adjustment of fixing angle of the rear retainer seat. The casing is composed of two half casings, which are mated with each other to accommodate the transmission mechanism, the gearbox and the rear retainer seat. The mating faces of the half casings are parallel to the axis of the output shaft of a motor to facilitate connection operation of the casing.

With the heat dissipation unit, the linear motor has better heat dissipation efficiency and driving efficiency and is assembled at lower cost.
