    • A projectile with active components or energy-producing bodies which possesses a cylindrical sheathing wall, and which are maintained axially stacked between a projectile base and a projectile head or tip, and wherein there is provided an ejecting arrangement on the projectile for the ejection of the active components. The sheathing or wall structure of each active component is provided with at least two axially-parallel, through-extending bores, in which tie bolts are extended through the aligned bores of the sheathing wall structures of the active components, which tie bolts are fastened at one end thereof to the projectile base and at the other end thereof to the projectile head, wherein each tie bolt possess rupturing or breaking points in the region of the projectile base, in the region of the abutting location between two active components, and in the region of the projectile head.

    • A projectile with an ejecting charge for the expulsion of a payload. The ejecting charge effectively develops a pressure which is of sufficient duration and adequately high for effectuating the expulsion of the payload; however, wherein the casing thereof will not burst into the kind of fragments which conceivably can damage the payload. A receiving member for the ejecting charge is mounted within the projectile, which receiving member withstands the development of the pressure encountered during the combusting of the ejecting charge; wherein that the receiving member possesses a multiplicity of apertures through which there discharges the propellent gas which is developed during the combustion of the ejecting charge, and wherein the ejecting charge is inserted into a thin-walled cup contained in the receiving member.

    • The present invention relates to a bearing for an open-end spinning rotor. The latter is driven at its rotor shaft by means of a tangential belt in a predetermined direction and is supported in a nip which is formed by at least two bearing disks capable of being driven by the rotor shaft. A bearing disk (at least one) leads in relation to the drive direction of the tangential belt rotating into the nip, and another bearing disk (at least one) trails in relation to the drive direction of the tangential belt rotating out of the nip. The axis of the bearing disk (at least one) rotating into the nip is at a specified distance from the plane which goes through the rotor shafts of the spinning rotors of several adjoining open-end spinning devices. This distance is being smaller than the distance between the axis of the bearing disk (at least one) rotating out of the nip and the rotor shaft plane. A plane going through the axes of the bearing disks forms an acute angle between 5° and 15° with the plane going through the axes of the spinning rotors.

    • In an open-end rotor spinning apparatus, the driven rotor shaft (2) of the spinning rotor (1) is mounted by means of bearing members (20) for rotation in a casing (3) which is inserted into a mounting on the machine. The replacement of the spinning rotor (1) together with the bearing casing (3), without exerting a load on the bearings, is made possible by a flange (60) which is disposed on the bearing casing (3) and which extends along the rear side of the spinning rotor (1) and projects at least over the major diameter of the spinning rotor. During replacement of the rotor, the flange (60) serves as a handle, and in normal operation it serves as an additional cooling means for the bearings. By means of a ring (61) mounted on the flange (60), it is possible to form a casing (6) which is open at the front and which, with slight clearance, surrounds the outside contour of the spinning rotor (1) and reduces the consumption of energy.
