    • An automatic cassette changer for a tape player. Tape cassettes are inserted into the holding members through the entrances of the holding members. The tape cassettes inserted in a horizontal position are held by holding members which are supported by a supporting member. The holding members are disposed in vertically stacked relation with a clearance therebetween. An extracting mechanism extracts one of the holding members from the supporting member rearwardly into the tape player. An elevating mechanism carries the extracting mechanism to a holding member which contains a desired tape cassette therein. The elevating mechanism loads the desired tape cassette extracted by the extracting mechanism from the holding member into a tape driving mechanism.

    • There is provided a coating apparatus capable of achieving high-speed coating and a decrease in thickness of a coating film and obtaining a preferable coating film. In an extrusion type coating apparatus including a die having a coating material reservoir to which a coating material is supplied, the coating material being coated on a continuously traveling support member while the coating material is extruded from a slit formed in a tip of the die, a magnet portion having adjacent tip portions to form a magnetic gap is arranged such that the magnetic portion and the tip portion of the die face each other to interpose the support member therebetween, and upper and lower lips defining the slit at the tip of the die are arranged out of contact with the support member.

    • An elastic restriction section (15g), formed in a substantially cylindrical configuration and having the vertical axis is provided to protrude on one side of a rear end section of a chassis (15) formed of a synthetic resin. The chassis constitutes a case body for housing a main body that performs processing of reading or recording of an optical disk. The elastic restriction section (15g) is divided into three elastic members that are elastically deformable into a diameter-reduced state, and provided to protrude at a position substantially diagonally opposite to an engagement position of a movement gear (63) of an open/close drive unit (60), the open/close drive unit (60) advancing/retreating a disk tray (50) carrying the optical disk. In the disk tray (50), an engaging recess (51e) is provided to be engaged with the elastic restriction section (15g) at a home position. Even when vibration is applied to the disk tray (50) while the optical disk is processed, the vibration is absorbed by the elastic restriction section (15g) that engages with the engaging recess (51e) to apply restoring force in different directions, thereby suppressing noise.
