    • A temporary assembly apparatus includes a support member for supporting heat exchange tube blanks having their lengthwise direction positioned laterally, with their widthwise direction positioned vertically. Header supports are arranged respectively at the left and right sides of the support member and movable leftward or rightward. Tube blank correcting members are each in the form of a plate having slits formed in a side edge thereof and arranged from the front rearward at the same spacing as the heat exchange tubes to be produced. Each of the blank correcting members is movable between a correcting position where the corresponding ends of the tube blanks as supported on the support member are fitted into the respective slits and a noncorrecting position where the tube blanks are not fitted into the slits.

    • When detecting occurrence of an event for transmitting a measurement report of a radio condition of a cell at a frequency set for a base station apparatus, to the base station apparatus (3) communicating with a terminal apparatus (2), the terminal apparatus (2) in a wireless communication system (1) creates a measurement report including information indicating radio conditions of cells at a frequency at which the event occurred and at another different frequency. The base station apparatus (3) controls whether or not to perform handover of the terminal apparatus (2) to another cell, on the basis of the measurement report transmitted from the terminal apparatus (2). Thereby, there is provided a wireless communication system in which a base station apparatus and the terminal apparatus are communicable with each other using multiple frequencies, the wireless communication system being capable of shortening time required for handover.

    • The present invention provides a contents reproduction apparatus which includes a file identifier generation unit that generates file identifiers that uniquely determine a plurality of contents files respectively which are hierarchically stored in an external storage device, an identification information generation unit that generates identification information to identify the respective contents files based on part of additional data related to the contents files and the file identifiers, a list forming unit that forms a list by re-arraying the identification information with the part of additional data set as the re-array condition, and a reproduction unit that reads out and reproduces the contents files which are identified by the file identifiers of the respective identification information from the external storage device in accordance with the order of the identification information in the list.
