摘要： Various embodiments disclosed relate to curable calcium phosphate compositions for use with porous structures and methods of using the same. In various embodiments, the present invention provides a curable calcium phosphate composition or a cured product thereof, with the curable calcium phosphate composition including calcium phosphate and a perfusion modifier. In various embodiments, the present invention provides an apparatus comprising a porous structure at least partially in contact with the curable calcium phosphate composition or a cured product thereof. The porous structure can include a porous substrate including a plurality of ligaments that define pores of the porous substrate, and a biocompatible metal coating on the plurality of ligaments of the porous substrate.

The present teachings can provide a bone cement system. The system can include a housing, which can define at least a throughbore that can extend from a proximal end to a distal end of the housing. The system can also include a dispenser housing received in the throughbore of the housing that is adapted to receive a bone cement. The system can include a plunger, which can be releasably coupled to the proximal end of the housing and received into the dispenser housing so that movement of the plunger can dispense the bone cement. The system can also include a pressure release system, which can be coupled to the housing and can be movable to release pressure within the dispenser housing without moving the plunger.

摘要： A line lock system may include a line routed through a plate. The plate may have an elongated body with a plurality of passageways. The line is routed to form at least one one-way slide so no knots are required. The system may include filaments routed through the passageways of the plate or around a dogbone feature of the plate. The filaments may be used to toggle the plate after passage through a hole to prevent withdrawal of the plate back through the hole. The system may include a line lock stabilizer or counter-tension tool to stabilize the line lock as the line is adjusted, a compression limiter to selectively reduce compression in the one-way slide to facilitate adjustment of the line, means for adjusting the line, or a line cutter.
