摘要： A used paper recycling apparatus being installed in a room of a small shop or the like, friendly to the environment, low in running cost, and capable of maintaining a high confidentiality. The apparatus includes, in an apparatus case of furniture size, a pulp making section for manufacturing used paper pulp by macerating and mashing used paper, a paper making section for manufacturing recycled paper by making the used paper pulp manufactured in the pulp making section, and a control section for driving and controlling the pulp making section and paper making section, in which the pulp making section comprises a macerating unit for macerating the used paper by agitating and tearing, and a mashing unit for mashing the used paper macerated in the macerating unit, and the mashing machine of the mashing unit has mashing members rotating relatively being disposed oppositely across a slight mashing clearance, and the opposing faces of these mashing members cooperate to form a mashing action surface, and the used paper passing the mashing clearance is pressurized and mashed by the mashing action surface, and the inks forming characters and patterns on the used paper are pulverized.

The recycled paper smoothing processing unit is formed as pressing means for pressing the entire wet paper conveyed on a smooth surface belt with a uniform pressure from the upper side in a heating and drying unit, and includes a covering belt conveyor having a covering belt running while covering the entire wet paper on the smooth surface belt in an enclosed state together with the smooth surface belt, and a plurality of pressing rollers disposed at specified intervals in the running direction of the covering belt for pressing this covering belt from the upper side, and therefore the wet paper made and formed in the paper making net conveyor is securely reproduced as a wrinkle-free and smooth recycled paper.

The running condition of the mesh belt which runs while filtering and dewatering the pulp suspension is set in a range of maintaining the pulp fibers in the pulp suspension supplied on the mesh belt in a non-directional and disorderly array state, and therefore the manufactured recycled paper is free from so-called “texture of paper,” and the paper quality is uniform in anisotropy not different in longitudinal and lateral directions, and is sufficiently high in strength.

The pulp concentration adjusting section is characterized by dividing a specified portion from the whole volume of used paper pulp manufactured in pulp making section in preceding process, adding water for adjusting concentration to the divided portion of used paper pulp, and adjusting the total volume of the divided portion of used paper pulp and water to a specified value, thereby preparing a pulp suspension of specified concentration. In this manner, by adjusting the concentration of used paper pulp in dividing portions (small portions), the water consumption can be saved substantially and the apparatus size is reduced, while enhancing the processing capacity.

A mark transfer tape is composed of pressure-sensitive adhesive transfer marks disposed and held on the surface of a base tape continuously and peelably at specific intervals, and a bodily sensing recess for showing the division position of transfer marks is disposed between the transfer marks. Corresponding to this configuration, a positioning bump to be engaged with the bodily sensing recess of the mark transfer tape is provided in the tape traveling part of the transfer head, and by reference to the hooking phenomenon in the traveling motion of the mark transfer tape by engagement of the two, the transfer mark on the mark transfer tape can be correctly transferred on the correction area.

摘要： A tape cartridge detachably attached to a refill type coating film transfer tool that allows replacement of coating film transfer tapes. The cartridge is formed in a compact size and simple structure using fewer components than prior devices. The cartridge is made up of a rotatable pay-out reel with a coating film transfer tape wound thereabout, a rotatable take-up winding reel for collecting a used tape, and a head therebetween for pressing the tape onto a transfer area. All of these elements are provided on a support base, which is in a form of a thin flat plate. The structure is small and simple. The tape is paid out from pay-out reel, passed through the leading end pressing part of the head, and then taken up on the take-up winding reel. When replacing the tape cartridges, the support base with both reels and the head as mounted on the pay-out rotation part, the take-up winding rotation part, and a cylindrical half in the leading end of the case main body.

As a result, the used paper pulp remaining in the parts of the apparatus components can be securely cleaned and removed, and a stable used paper recycling operation can be assured all the time.
