摘要： A portable multi-ions sensing system is provided. The sensing system includes: a sensing unit for sensing a pH value and a plurality of ion concentrations of a solution and outputting a sensing signal, wherein the sensing unit includes: a substrate; an ITO layer on the substrate; a sensing layer on the ITO layer and connected with an extended lead; a packaging layer encapsulating the sensing layer, the ITO layer and a portion of the substrate with a sensing window for exposing a portion of the sensing layer; a multi-ions selective layer on the portion of the sensing layer exposed by the sensing window for sensing the ion concentrations; and a reference electrode for providing a reference potential for the sensing layer; an analog signal processing unit for receiving, filtering, amplifying and adjusting the level of the sensing signal and outputting a front-end signal; a microcontroller unit for receiving and performing analog/digital converting and two-point correcting processes on the front-end signal and outputting a measurement data; and a real-time display unit for receiving and displaying the measurement data.

摘要： An optical gas concentration sensor and method for measuring blood gas based on the light adsorption sensing technique are disclosed. The optical gas concentration sensor comprises a light source, a photo detector, and a gas filtering membrane for separating the indicator and a liquid. A gas in the liquid diffuses to the indicator through the gas filtering membrane so as to change the color of the indicator due to the chemical reaction occurred between the indicator and the gas. Then, the photo detector receives the light passing though the reacted indicator from the light source. The gas concentration is determined based on pH-sensitive absorbance spectrum of the indicator.

The multi-functional pH meter immediately displays the measurement result on a liquid crystal display and saves in a compact flash card so as to provide portable functionality. In addition, the multi-functional pH meter has data communication functionality with a computer. Finally, the drift and hysteresis software calibration technique is applied. Thus, this method can increase ion detection accuracy and system reliability. 摘要： The present invention discloses an optical sensor for measuring blood gas, used to measure gas concentration in a liquid, comprising: an indicator solution; a first conduit for filling with the indicator solution wherein the first conduit passes through the liquid and the gas in the liquid can diffuse into the first conduit to react with the indicator solution so as to change the color of the indicator solution; a second conduit for receiving the reacted indicator solution in the first conduit; and a light emitter and a photodetector provided in opposition to each other at the two sides of the second conduit wherein the light emitter emits light towards the second conduit and the photodetector receives the light passing through the second conduit and the reacted indicator solution and thereby outputs a sensing signal depending on the received light intensity.

摘要： An optical gas concentration sensor and method for measuring blood gas based on the light adsorption sensing technique are disclosed. The multi-functional pH meter comprises a sensor unit, an analog signal processing unit, a microprocessor unit, a liquid crystal display unit, a compact flash card unit and a data transmission unit. The sensor unit includes an electrode, a substrate, an indium tin oxide film on the substrate, a sensing film on the indium tin oxide film and connecting to a conductive wire, a package material covering the sensing film, the indium tin oxide film and a portion of the substrate and exposing the sensing film via a sensing window. The analog signal processing unit processes analog signals from the sensing unit via the conductive wire. The microprocessor unit receives the signals from the analog signal processing unit and generates a pH value of a solution being detected. The liquid crystal display unit displays the pH value and the compact flash card unit saves the pH value. The data transmission unit transmits the pH value to a computer via Universal Serial Bus (USB) and Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) interfaces.

The potentiometric pCO2 sensor has a substrate, a solid ion-sensing layer on the substrate, a solid electrolyte layer on the solid ion-sensing layer, and a gas-permeable layer on the solid electrolyte layer. In addition, the gas-permeable layer allows air molecules to diffuse through, the solid electrolyte layer change the pH value thereof according to the CO2 concentration in the diffusing air molecules, and the solid ion-sensing layer senses the pH change of the solid electrolyte layer to generate a sensing signal. By doing so, the quantity of the CO2 dissolved in the liquid can be measured.

摘要： In this invention, a separative structure of the ion-selecting electrode is applied to fabricate the dual type potentiometric biosensor for creatinine detection. According to the fabrication process, the creatinine enzyme is immobilized onto a conductive layer of a substrate of pH sensing membrane and ammonium ion-selecting membrane. The conductive layer provides with a sensing region and a non-sensing region. A conductive line is extended from the conductive layer for using as an external electrical contact point. The dual type potentiometric creatinine biosensor was fabricated by using the enzyme immobilization method onto the surface of the selecting membrane of sensing membrane of pH sensing electrode and creatinine sensor.
