摘要： Each of first to fourth needle-like electrodes is arranged such that a direction of extension thereof is parallel, and generates ions by discharge. Through a space, a gas for conveying the ions generated by the first to fourth needle-like electrodes flows. Needle tips of the first needle-like electrode and the second needle-like electrode protrude from a first wall surface that forms the space, are spaced apart from each other, and are arranged in line in the space. Needle tips of the third needle-like electrode and the fourth needle-like electrode protrude from a second wall surface that forms the space and faces the first wall surface, are spaced apart from each other, and are arranged in line in the space. The first needle-like electrode and the fourth needle-like electrode generate positive ions, and the second needle-like electrode and the third needle-like electrode generate negative ions.

摘要： A housing, a substrate accommodated in the housing, a needle electrode for generating ions through discharging, which is held by the substrate such that a tip end portion protrudes outside the housing, an insulating sealing portion insulating and sealing the substrate in the housing, and an electrode protection portion for protecting the needle electrode outside the housing are included. The housing is provided with an opening portion through which a side of the tip end portion of the needle electrode is inserted and which is sealed with the insulating sealing portion. The electrode protection portion has a first protection portion and a second protection portion which are provided to protrude from the housing relative to the tip end portion of the needle electrode and opposed to each other at a distance from each other on opposing sides of the needle electrode.

摘要： A discharge device capable of maintaining a stable discharge performance even in a highly humid environment or an atmospheric environment containing salt includes a discharge electrode discharging when a voltage is applied thereto, a substrate supporting the discharge electrode, an induction electrode arranged apart from the discharge electrode, and an insulator enclosing all of the substrate and the induction electrode. The discharge electrode has a root portion supported by the substrate, a pointed end protruding from a surface of the insulator, and a taper portion tapering from the root portion toward the pointed end. An outer peripheral surface of the root portion is made of a material having an ionization tendency lower than that of hydrogen.
