The first material has a higher strength than the second material, and the inner part (8) is connected in a positive fit in the rotational direction of the outer part (3) by an outer form which is irregular in the cross-section to the rotational axis (14) of the rotor (1).

摘要： A camshaft adjuster for an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle, having a stator and a rotor accommodated inside the stator such that the rotor can rotate relative to said stator, wherein the rotor has at least one rotor vane, which extends in the radial direction towards an inner wall of the stator and forms a first hydraulic chamber and a second hydraulic chamber between the stator and the rotor, wherein a connection gap remains between a rotor vane end face and the inner wall of the stator and fluid-connecting the first hydraulic chamber and the second hydraulic chamber. A sealing element is guided in a radially movable manner in the rotor vane end face to and fro between a sealing position, in which the sealing element bears against the inner wall of the stator to seal off the connection gap, and a connecting position, in which the first and second hydraulic chambers are connected to each other through the connecting gap.

摘要： The invention relates to a camshaft adjustment device for an internal combustion engine, having a chamber housing, an actuating rotor which is received in the chamber housing and which can be pivoted about an axis which is concentric with respect to the circumferential axis of the chamber housing, wherein the actuating rotor has a plurality of dividing flanks which rise up radially over a cylindrical base surface of the actuating rotor, and in each case divide pressure chambers which are formed in the chamber housing into a first chamber section and a second chamber section. Sealing strips are inserted into the actuating rotor. The sealing strips form a fluid passage path. The latter can be blocked via a check valve device in such a way that the fluid passage is possible only in one direction.

摘要： A hydraulic camshaft phaser includes an outer rotor and an inner rotor rotationally adjustable and arranged concentrically about a common axis of rotation. At least one hydraulic chamber is formed between the outer rotor and the inner rotor, into which hydraulic chamber at least one connected vane extends from each of the outer rotor and the inner rotor, thereby dividing the hydraulic chamber into at least one pressure chamber pair formed by two pressure chambers. The inner rotor has a circular opening extending concentrically along the axis of rotation, a sealing portion being formed on the inner surface of the circular opening between two axial faces of the inner rotor, and the opening having a larger inner diameter on both sides of the sealing portion than in the sealing portion. The inner rotor is a sintered part, and the sealing portion of the inner rotor is calibrated.

The camshaft adjusting system also includes an actuator (7) which is arranged adjacently in the axial direction of the camshaft adjuster (2) and which acts on the valve (5) for adjusting purposes. A hydraulic fluid section (8) is arranged on an actuator (7) face facing the camshaft adjuster (2), with this hydraulic fluid section (8) being designed to deflect a flow of hydraulic fluid exiting the valve (5) into the surroundings of the camshaft adjuster (2) back into the camshaft adjuster (2) in an operational state.

摘要： A camshaft adjuster has multiple locking guide slots and multiple locking pins spring-loaded in the direction of engagement with the locking guide slots and which, by varying assignment to the rotor and to the stator, are arranged relative to one another such that the rotor can, under the action of fluctuating torques, be automatically locked into the predetermined center position relative to the stator proceeding from a first early or late stop position by a successive engagement of the locking pins into the locking guide slots. The locking pins and the locking guide slots are arranged so that, in the event of a rotation of the rotor in the direction of the center locking position proceeding from the respective other second early or late stop position, the locking pins lock into the locking guide slots in the reverse sequence from different directions.
