    • An audio player capable of allowing multiple persons to listen to different multimedia files simultaneously is provided. The audio player includes a processing unit and a plurality of output channels. Each of the output channels is configured for outputting multimedia files. Each of the output channels includes a codec, an amplifier, and an audio output port. The amplifier is connected to the codec and the audio output port. The processing unit is connected with the output channels. The processing unit is configured for establishing a plurality of processes and for controlling performance of the processes according to time division multiplexing (TDM) technology. Wherein, each of the processes is configured for playing multimedia files and is assigned with one of the output channels for outputting the multimedia files.

    • The present invention provides a computer system operable by users of either handedness. The computer system includes a mouse and a computer connected together by interfaces. The mouse generates a mode-setting signal by a mode shift unit shifting between two selectable positions. The computer includes: a storage unit configured for storing a current operation mode of the mouse; a mouse interface configured for connecting the computer to the mouse and receiving the mode-shifting signal from the mouse; a driver unit configured for converting the mode-setting signal into a mode-shifting signal into a format which can be recognized by a central processing unit (CPU) of the computer; and a controller configured for updating the current operation mode in the storage unit from one of the left-handed operation mode and the right-handed mode to another of the two modes.

    • The present invention relates to a hearing protection method while reproducing an audio file, includes: selecting at least one of the audio files as predetermined audio files; receiving a play instruction; resetting a playing time when receiving the play instruction; obtaining and reproducing a desired audio file in accordance with the play instruction; clocking the playing time; detecting whether the playing time surpasses a predetermined critical duration; and when the playing time surpasses the predetermined critical duration, terminating the reproducing of the desired audio file; obtaining and reproducing the at least one predetermined audio files, thus, preventing users from hearing damage. The present invention also provides a corresponding audio processing system for hearing protection.

    • The disclosure provides a capturing apparatus and a capturing method for the capturing apparatus. The method includes steps: controlling the capturing unit to capture an image; performing an image processing function in relation to the captured image to obtain pixels of the captured image; comparing the pixels of the captured image with the pixels of the pre-stored standard images and determining whether a percentage of the pixels of the image is similar to the pixels of one of the standard images. If the percentage of the pixels of the image reaches a threshold of similarity to the pixels of one standard image, acquiring the parameters associated with the standard image; and controlling the capturing unit to capture subsequent images according to the parameters associated with the standard image.
