    • A ticket use system having a high safety and a high operability and suited to be put into practical use. In the ticket use system, a strap tag storing first identification information is given to the user. When reservation of a reserved seat is made through a cellular phone, the reservation content is displayed, and a card tag storing second identification information is given to the user. The strap tag and the card tag are used as tickets. When the user registers seat type information through the cellular phone at the reservation and when the seat type information represents a nonreserved seat, the first identification information is stored as ticket authentication information in a ticket DB. When the seat type information represents a reserved seat, the second identification information is stored as ticket authentication information in the ticket DB.

    • The base station 6 incorporates the line supervisor 8, the line switch 9, and the signal returner 10. If there is originated a call request signal for the mobile station 3 by the mobile station 2 after occurrence of a break in the line between the base station 6 and the control station 21, the line supervisor 8 notifies the line switch 9 of the line switch signal. In response to the line switch signal, the line switch 9 actuates the signal returner 10. Thereafter, the signal returner 10 returns the call request signal over the base station zone of the base station 6. This enables communication among the mobile stations 2 and 3 laid in the base station zone of the base station 6.

    • A simple, easy, and safe electronic settlement system is provided. A user terminal such as a cellular phone is wirelessly connected to a synchronizing server. A cashier server of a mail order retailer activates a virtual cashier terminal, and connects to the synchronizing server. The synchronizing server sets a transaction identifying number in order to identify the transaction, and sends to the user terminal information about the cashier server and the transaction identifying number. A user confirms the cashier server, and returns the transaction identifying number to the synchronizing server. The synchronizing server completes a transaction between the virtual cashier terminal and the user terminal, both of which are corresponded to each other by the transaction identification number. The user can complete a settlement of mail order without telling his or her personal information such as a credit card number or a password to a mail order retailer. A security of the system is improved.
