The first edge is affixed to the face on substantially all edges of the face, and the second edge forms a channel for enclosing a cord. A stretchable and flexible mesh forms at least a portion of said sidewall that facilitates air flow in the cover. The second edge of the sidewall defines an opening into an interior cavity formed by the sidewall and the underside of the face, and the cord functions as a drawstring that enables a user to adjust a size of the opening during application and removal of the cover from the propeller.
