    • An integrated type probe card includes a circuit space converter having first and second contacts arranged at different density at two sides, probes connected to the contacts at one side of the circuit space converter that are arranged at a high density probes; a spring connector plate, which holds metal spring members in respective receiving holes thereof, a circuit board pressed on the metal spring members against the contacts at the other side of the circuit space converter that are arranged at a low density, and a level adjustment mechanism that accommodates the probes, the circuit space converter, the spring connector plate and the circuit board and enables the user to adjust the level status of the circuit space converter, keeping the circuit space converter electrically connected to the circuit board for transmitting test signal from the probes to the circuit board.

    • A wide area atmospheric pressure plasma jet apparatus including a transmission mechanism, a plasma housing and two plasma-generating devices is provided. The transmission mechanism includes a rotation output end that has a center axis. The plasma housing has an opening. The plasma housing further has a air-attracting hole near the rotation output end and extended from an outer wall of the plasma housing to the interior of the plasma housing, so that the heat of the plasma housing can be dissipated due to the generated gas circulation. The plasma-generating devices are disposed within the plasma housing and connected with the rotation output end. Each of the plasma-generating devices has a plasma nozzle located at the opening and tilts from the center axis. When the rotation output end drives the plasma-generating devices to rotate, two plasma beams are obliquely ejected from the plasma nozzle and the plasma processing area is increased.

    • A three dimensional display includes a display panel and a view-scanning layer. The display panel is used to display many display images quickly. The view-scanning layer is disposed on the display panel and receives the display images. The view-scanning layer has many light refracting modulation regions. Each of the light refracting modulation regions includes a view-scanning unit. The view-scanning unit changes an ongoing direction of a light according to an applied electric field so as to project a part of each of the display images at different view directions. Here, each of the view directions corresponds to the ongoing direction of the light.
