摘要： Embodiments of the present description include methods for attaching a microelectronic device to a microelectronic substrate with interconnection structures after disposing of an underfill material on the microelectronic device, wherein filler particles within the underfill material may be repelled away from the interconnection structures prior to connecting the microelectronic device to the microelectronic structure. These methods may include inducing a charge on the interconnection structures and may include placing the interconnection structures between opposing plates and producing a bias between the opposing plates after depositing the underfill material on the interconnection structures.

In response to changing channels to the adjacent channel x±1, the terminal can receive and consume content for the adjacent channel x±1. The terminal can receive and store content for Y next adjacent channels (x±1)±y, y=1, . . . , Y in buffer memory. Content for the next adjacent channels is stored based upon the direction the channel is changed and in response to changing channels.

摘要： A system, mobile station and method are provided for delivering services such as voice messages, voice clips, video clips and/or multimedia clips. The system includes a network entity, such as a calling entity, a Base Station/MSC/Interworking function (BMI) or any portions thereof. In addition, the system includes a mobile station. The network entity is capable of initiating a call to the mobile station by transmitting an alert message over a traffic channel. The mobile station can receive the alert message, and thereafter transmit a connect message over the traffic channel in response to the alert message. Advantageously, the mobile station is capable of transmitting the connect message without the call initiated by the network entity first being answered. The network entity can then establish a communication link with the mobile station over the traffic channel such that the service can be delivered to the mobile station over the communication link.
