    • There are provided a radio system and a radio communication device capable of removing a phase noise superimposed on a reception signal and a phase noise generated in the system of a reception radio unit. In this system, a radio transmission device (101) transmits a multiplex signal multiplexed so that a pilot signal is placed on the center frequency. A radio reception device (151) frequency-multiplies a reception signal by a pilot signal having the same frequency error and phase noise as the reception signal, and frequency-multiplies the phase noise contained in a local oscillation signal used when subjecting the reception signal to frequency conversion, by using the signal having the same phase noise. Thus, it is possible to remove the frequency error and phase noise contained in the reception signal and the phase noise in the reception system.

    • The present invention provides an insulating material showing excellent thermal propeties and electrical properties in semiconductor applications. That is, the present invention provides: a resin composition for insulating material, comprising, as essential components: (A) a compound having an amphiphatic property, and (B) a heat-resistant resin having a glass transition temperature higher than thermal decomposition temperature of the compound (A), or a precursor thereof; and an insulating material produced by a process which comprises steps of; allowing, in the above resin composition for insulating material, the compound (A) and the heat-resistance resin or the precursor thereof (B) to form a structure of separated phases, and then heat-treating the resulting resin composition at a temperature higher than thermal decomposition temperature of the compound (A) but lower than glass transition temperature of the heat-resistant resin (B) or the heat-resistant resin obtained by ring closure of the precursor thereof.

    • The present invention provides a material for electrical insulating organic film, superior in electrical properties, thermal properties and low water absorption; an electrical insulating organic film made from the material; and a process for production of the film. That is, the present invention provides an electrical insulating organic film having fine pores, consisting of a layer of a polybenzoxazole resin represented by the following general formula (1): wherein n is an integer of 2 to 1,000; X is a tetravalent organic group; and Y is a bivalent organic group; a material for electrical insulating organic film obtained by mixing a polybenzoxazole precursor or a polybenzoxazole resin, with an oligomer; and a material for electrical insulating organic film, obtained by reacting at least one carboxylic acid terminal of a polybenzoxazole precursor with an amino group- or hydroxyl group-containing oligomer. The above electrical insulating organic film is produced by a process which comprises mixing a polybenzoxazole precursor or a polybenzoxazole resin with an oligomer, forming a film from the resulting mixture, and heating the film to give rise to thermal decomposition and gasification of the oligomer, to obtain a polybenzoxazole resin layer having fine pores; or by a process which comprises reacting at least one carboxylic acid terminal of a polybenzoxazole precursor with an amino group- or hydroxyl group-containing oligomer to synthesize a material for electrical insulating organic film, forming a film from the material, heating the film to give rise to ring closure of the polybenzoxazole precursor, further heating the resulting material to give rise to thermal decomposition and gasification of the oligomer group, to obtain a polybenzoxazole resin layer having fine pores.
