    • A latching fluid level switch which includes an elongated shaft member having a lower end and an opposite upper end with both ends containing a buoyant float member. The upper end is pivotally anchored to a tank wall and capable of having its lower end being moved between two distinct angular positions depending on the level of the liquid in said tank acting on said float member and having a first higher buoyancy angular position representing a high liquid level endpoint, and a second less buoyancy angular position representing a lower liquid level endpoint. The float is maintained at each distinct angular position such that once triggered at one liquid level endpoint the float will maintain and hold that angular position until reversibly triggered at the other liquid level endpoint.

    • A resilient platform for diving or jumping into a swimming pool where either the available deck space or the pool size prohibits use of a conventional diving board. The diving platform comprises in a compact, space-saving arrangement a base member fixed to the deck adjacent the pool edge, a board member pivotally connected at one end to the base member and a pair of arched spring arms that extend upwardly and outwardly from the base member to a point on the board that is spaced from its pivotal connection with the base. The outer ends of the spring arms carry an adjustable cross bar that passes beneath the board member to support its outer end.

    • A system for capturing and neutralizing HAP's (hazardous air pollutants) and VOC's (volatile organic compounds) at the source point by providing a closed loop remediation system which utilizes an air collection, treatment and control module containing a predetermined size bay of multiple interchangeable mini-biofilter cartridges that function to consume the pollutant and recirculate remediated air back to the source point of the pollutant. The system includes establishing a closed loop air system at a work station which generates and emits VOC's, capturing the VOC's in the air stream flow and transporting them directly into an adjacent biofilter module which contains selected microorganisms in mini-cartridges which biodegrade said VOC's and recirculates remediated air back to the source point of the pollutant. The cartridges may be contained in modules in single and/or multiple widths and heights and in conjunction with various work stations, cabinets, receptacles, and tables.
