摘要： Disclosed is a multi-BMS identifier allocation system. The multi-BMS identifier allocation system according to the present invention comprises a master BMS and N slave BMSs (N is an integer greater than or equal to 2) which are connected to a series communication network and a parallel communication network, wherein the master BMS comprises at least two first and second master communication channels which form a communication interface with the series communication network and selectively output a forward or backward enabling signal and allocates unique communication identifiers to the slave BMSs through the parallel communication network, and the first to Nth slave BMSs start enabling in response to the forward or backward enabling signal received through the series communication network, are allocated the identifiers from the master BMS through the parallel communication network, and output an enabling signal to an adjacent slave BMS along a transmission direction of the enabling signal.

摘要： An apparatus, a method and a battery pack for detecting a fault of at least one of first and second electrical conductors connected to a positive terminal and a negative terminal of the battery, respectively. The apparatus includes a current sensor measuring a battery current, a voltage sensor measuring a voltage between the first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor as a battery voltage, and a control unit. The control unit determines an idle voltage value indicating the battery voltage measured while charging and discharging of the battery is stopped. The control unit determines a diagnosis voltage value indicating the battery voltage measured while the battery is being charged or discharged. The control unit determines whether at least one of the first and second electrical conductors is faulty based on a difference between the idle voltage value and the diagnosis voltage value.

摘要： An apparatus for balancing a battery according to the present disclosure includes: a voltage measuring unit configured to measure a voltage of each of a plurality of battery cells connected to each other; and a control unit configured to calculate a state of charge (SOC) of each of the battery cells from the voltage measured by the voltage measuring unit, select a standard cell and a target group on the basis of the calculated SOCs of the battery cells, choose one battery cell among battery cells belonging to the selected target group as a target cell, calculate a balancing time according to a difference between the SOC of the standard cell and the SOC of the target cell, and perform balancing to the battery cells belonging to the target group during the calculated balancing time.

The apparatus for waking up a multi-BMS of a battery pack according to the present disclosure transmits a wakeup signal outputted from a master BMS to N slave BMSs to wake up the N slave BMSs managing each battery module in the battery pack, and an isolator is connected on a series line used to the wakeup signal, and turns on by the wakeup signal outputted from the master BMS and enables N−1 transistors each connected on the series line to turn on. According to the present disclosure, the signal for waking up the plurality of slave BMSs may be transmitted by using a small number of isolators. Therefore, the BMS or the battery pack may reduce in costs.

摘要： The present invention discloses a method for correcting a voltage sensor. Because a plurality of battery racks are electrically connected to a power storage apparatus in parallel, a voltage sensor connected to each of the battery racks can be influenced by the voltage of other adjacent battery racks when measuring the voltage of each of the battery racks. Therefore, after electrically connecting only one battery rack to the voltage sensor, the voltage value measured by the corresponding voltage sensor is corrected.
