    • A photographic film cartridge typically including a cartidge case having a longitudinal axis, opposite end walls and a film outlet for feeding the film out; a spool extending substantially coaxially with respect to the cartridge case and carried at the opposite end portions by the opposite end walls of the cartridge case for rotation about the longitudinal axis of the spool, the spool being capable of being rotated from outside of the cartridge case; a film wound into a roll on the spool with an end of the film connected with the spool; a slidable cover provided on the cartridge case for slidably moving along a surface of the cartridge case toward the direction inclined to the film feeding direction to slide toward the direction to open and shut the film outlet, and further including device for keeping the film tightly wound into a roll on the spool, whereby the tip end of the film can be fed out hrough the film outlet by rotating the spool in the direction opposite to the film winding direction.

    • In a film cassette, a spool having a roll of film wound on it is rotatable within a cassette body, but the film leader of this film does not protrude from the cassette body. The roll of film is held between a pair of flanges of the spool or the film roll is pressed by a projecting member and a resilient member disposed on the inner wall of the cassette body. Thus the roll of film, when the spool is rotated, is also rotated together with it. As a result, the film leader is fed outside the cassette. In order to prevent light from entering the cassette from the film withdrawing slot, the film withdrawing slot is closed by a cover member and a mask. Also, by virture of a provision of a film passage extending within the cassette in a curved state or by mounting a projecting portion on the film leader, the interior of the cassette is masked.

    • To provide an image reconstruction device capable of creating an image with image quality matching the operator's request when a cross-sectional image is reconstructed through a repeated calculation, the image reconstruction device which performs a repeated calculation on the basis of a difference between calculated projection data and measured projection data, the calculated projection data being obtained by performing a forward projection calculation on a reconstructed image which is reconstructed based on the measured projection data, includes an input section to which an image quality parameter which is considered to be important by an operator is input, a weight calculation section that calculates a weighting coefficient on the basis of the image quality parameter, and a repeated calculation section that performs a repeated calculation on the basis of a value obtained by weighting and adding a pixel value obtained in the previous iteration to a pixel value obtained from now using the weighting coefficient.
