The fastening member may be a plurality of teeth each having a distal tip portion protruding from a side of the plate member and oriented at a non-perpendicular angle relative thereto, preferably about an aperture. A plurality of material deformation clearances are disposed on the plate member so that one of the plurality of material deformation clearances is aligned with a corresponding one of the plurality of teeth, adjacent to the tip portion thereof.
