摘要： A sulfonium compound represented by the following formula (1), a photoacid generator containing the sulfonium compound, and a resist composition containing the photoacid generator are provided: wherein X represents an electron donor group; R1 and R2 each independently represent an alkyl group or the like; R4 to R6 each independently represent an alkyl group, or the like; R3 represents a cyclic alkenediyl group or the like; and −A represents an anion. The sulfonium compound has a photon yield that is controllable by introducing different absorbers to the cation region in one molecule, can address the inconvenience of using a mixture of different photoacid generators when the sulfonium compound is applied as a photoacid generator, has excellent miscibility in a resist, and has enhanced resolution and line edge roughness.

摘要： The present invention relates to an anticancer agent containing a TMPRSS4 (transmembrane protease, serine 4) inhibitor as an effective ingredient, more precisely an anticancer agent containing an inhibitor of TMPRSS4 activity as an effective ingredient. The anticancer agent of the present invention can be used effectively for the treatment of cancer by inhibiting TMPRSS4 expression in cancer cells and thereby inhibiting cancer cell invasion and cancer cell growth.

To transfer call-related charges between mobile terminals, the mobile terminal and call charge transfer method place a call by a calling mobile terminal to a called mobile terminal to establish a call connection for conversation, transmit a call transfer request by the calling mobile terminal to impose call-related charges on the called mobile terminal, and perform, if the called mobile terminal accepts the call transfer request, a call transfer operation to impose the call-related charges on the called mobile terminal, and maintain, if the called mobile terminal rejects the call transfer request, the call to impose the call-related charges on the calling mobile terminal. As a result, during a call between mobile terminals, the called user can accept a call transfer request of the calling user to transfer call-related charges to the called party, thereby enabling flexible and efficient billing.

摘要： A method of fabricating an electronic device using nanowires, minimizing the number of E-beam processing steps and thus improving a yield, includes the steps of: forming electrodes on a substrate; depositing a plurality of nanowires on the substrate including the electrodes; capturing an image of the substrate including the nanowires and the electrodes; drawing virtual connection lines for connecting the nanowires with the electrodes on the image using an electrode pattern simulated through a computer program, after capturing the image; coating an E-beam photoresist on the substrate; removing the photoresist from regions corresponding to the virtual connection lines and the electrode pattern using E-beam lithography; depositing a metal layer on the substrate after removing the photoresist from the regions of the virtual connection lines; and removing remaining photoresist from the substrate using a lift-off process.
