摘要： An aperture mask is provided comprising an elongated web of flexible film having at least one deposition mask pattern formed in the film, wherein the deposition mask pattern defines deposition apertures that extend through the film that define at least a portion of one or more electronic circuit elements, and wherein deposition apertures are bounded by a rim, the rim being a portion of the mask which has a thickness greater than an average thickness for the mask. In another aspect, the present invention provides a method of making such an aperture mask comprising the steps of: providing a support surface, wherein the support surface includes a plurality of lowered portions; providing a burner, wherein the burner supports a flame, and wherein the flame includes a flame tip opposite the burner; contacting at least a portion of an elongated web of flexible film against the support surface; and heating the film with a flame from a burner to create apertures in the film in the areas covering the plurality of lowered portions.

摘要： Components that include catalyst layers used in membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs), and methods of making such components are described. The catalyst layers yield more uniform current distributions across the active area of the MEA during operation. The catalyst layers may have a uniform catalyst activity profile of a less active catalyst to achieve more uniform current density over the MEA active area. The catalyst layers may have a variable activity profile, such as an activity profile with a varying slope, to compensate for the inherent nonlinearities of catalyst utilization during operation of an electrochemical fuel cell. Desired variable catalyst activity profiles may be achieved, for example, by varying the catalyst loading across the MEA from inlet to outlet ports or by varying the surface area of the catalyst loading or by varying the surface area of the catalyst support elements.

摘要： A method, system and computer program product for color conforming video material at a given resolution is provided. The given video material is first converted to a lower resolution version of the same material. Then a color corrected version of the lower resolution version of the video material is obtained. A computer then analyzes the lower resolution version and the color corrected version of the lower resolution version in the same three dimensional color space to determine suitable color values for a color conforming version of the video material at the given resolution.
