摘要： A digital television (DTV) transmitting system includes a first frame decoder, a second frame decoder, and a frame multiplexer. The first frame decoder forms first enhanced data frames, encodes each data frame for error correction, forms a first super frame by combining the encoded first frames, and interleaves the first super frame. The second frame decoder forms second enhanced data frames, encodes each data frame for error correction, forms a second super frame by combining the encoded second frames, and interleaves the second super frame. The frame multiplexer multiplexes the interleaved first and second enhanced data frames.

The pre-processor pre-processes enhanced data by expanding the enhanced data at an expansion rate of 1/H. The block processor includes a first converter, a symbol encoder, a symbol interleaver, and a second converter. The first converter converts the expanded data into symbols. The symbol encoder encodes each valid enhanced data bit in the symbols at an effective coding rate of 1/H. The symbol interleaver interleaves the encoded symbols, and the second converter converts the interleaved symbols into enhanced data bytes. The trellis encoder trellis-encodes the enhanced data outputted from the block processor.

摘要： A method and system for efficiently transmitting data, to which scalable image coding has been applied over a single frequency network is provided. The system includes a control server which re-packetizes data packets, received from a multimedia server, into a scalable bit stream by separately encoding the data packets into a base layer and one or more enhancement layers, and at least one base station which adaptively multicasts and broadcasts the scalable bit stream, received from the control server, to a plurality of terminals located in the area of a cell. The at least one base station multicasts and broadcasts the base layer across the area of the cell, and adaptively transmits the one or more enhancement layers depending on channel status or terminal performance of the plurality of terminals.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a compact type of airtight cosmetic container. A shoulder cap (40) to which a mesh is coupled and a puff storage cap (50) which stores a puff are successively placed onto and coupled to a medial body (30) which contains a cosmetic therein. The shoulder cap and the puff storage cap can be airtightly coupled to the medial body by a sealing member (51) provided under the puff storage cap and a sealing ring (43) provided in the lower surface of the shoulder cap. A pressurizing means pressurizes the puff storage cap onto the medial body such that the sealing member and the sealing ring are compressed, whereby the sealability of the cosmetic container can be enhanced so that leakage of powder or a cosmetic change attributable to water evaporation can be reliably prevented.
