The method includes step of performing an access control to one or more resources by a master base station (MBS) generating one or more access control parameters of the resource based on one or more feedback information provided by one or more communication devices (CDs), and the CDs includes one or more user equipments (UEs) and/or one or more small base stations (SBSs). The method of further includes step of recognizing a control area (CA) by the MBS based on a location information included in the feedback information, and step of delivering out by the MBS the one or more access control parameters for having a group of user equipments located in the CA to access the resources based on the access control parameters.

For the proposed method, a control node first establishes with a caller device a connection during which an ID of the callee and an establishment cause indicating caller is transmitted to the control node. A control node then informs the call to a callee device by establishing with the callee device a connection during which a D2D ID of the callee and an establishment cause indicating callee is transmitted to the control node. When the control node finds a caller device linked with a caller establishment cause and a D2D ID of the callee, the control node automatically trigger D2D communication between the caller device and the callee device.

摘要： Methods for grouping MTC devices in MTC networks are proposed. One of the proposed methods includes grouping femto MTC devices into femto groups and grouping macro MTC devices into macro groups, where each of the assigned groups has its granted interval for delivering MTC messages. In the proposed method, it may detect network overload of each group or unsuccessful access request of each device, and statistically count consecutively accumulated number of occurrence of the CN overload of each group or accumulated number of occurrence of unsuccessful access request retries of each device. The group numbers, cycle time, and access probability of the macro groups or the femto groups may be adjusted according to the aforementioned accumulated numbers. In addition, the macro groups or the femto groups are merged or split according to determination based on the statistical counts.

In the method, a control message is received by one of a plurality of moving devices. A report message is transmitted by the one of the plurality of moving devices, in which the one of the plurality of moving devices sets in a state for group handover and represents all others of the plurality of moving devices for a handover decision. It is determined that a part or all of the plurality of moving devices are allowed to perform the group handover according to the report message. The part or all of the plurality of moving devices allowed to perform the group handoversequentially perform a handover procedure after receiving a reconfiguration message.

摘要： Methods for grouping MTC devices in MTC networks are proposed. Firstly, a first control power and a first data power are respectively allocated to a first control signal and a first data signal which are to be transmitted with a first sub-carrier in a first time duration. The first control signal and the first data signal are multiplexed by superimposing the first control power and the first data power before the multiplexed first control signal and the multiplexed first data signal are transmitted.
