摘要： A film thickness monitoring system is provided. The film thickness monitoring system includes a source, a valve, and a chamber. The source is configured to provide a deposition material. The valve is connected to the source. The chamber includes a manifold, a quartz crystal microbalance, and a pressure sensor. The manifold is connected to the valve and has at least one first nozzle and at least one second nozzle. The quartz crystal microbalance is disposed opposite to the at least one second nozzle. The deposition material is adapted to be deposited on the quartz crystal microbalance through the at least one second nozzle, and the quartz crystal microbalance includes a shutter facing the at least one second nozzle. The pressure sensor is disposed in the manifold. A method for monitoring a film thickness deposition process is also provided.

摘要： A flexible solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The flexible solar cell includes a rigid transparent substrate, a transparent electrode, a photoactive layer, a metal electrode, an encapsulating structure and a flexible substrate. The transparent electrode is disposed on the rigid transparent substrate, the photoactive layer is disposed on the transparent electrode, and the metal electrode is disposed on the photoactive layer. The transparent electrode, the photoactive layer and the metal electrode are sealed by the encapsulating structure disposed on the rigid transparent substrate. The flexible substrate opposite to the rigid transparent substrate is disposed on the encapsulating structure.

摘要： An illumination device includes a substrate, a light emitting structure, a sealant, and a laminating board is provided. The light emitting structure includes a first electrode layer, a light emitting layer and a second electrode layer stacked on the substrate sequentially. The sealant covers the light emitting structure. The laminating board is attached to the substrate. The sealant is located between the laminating board and the substrate. The laminating board includes a carrier body, a metal layer and a plurality of pads. The metal layer is exposed at a first surface of the carrier body, is in contact with the sealant and shields an area of the light emitting layer of the light emitting structure. The pads are exposed at the first surface of the carrier body and electrically connected to the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. The metal layer is electrically isolated from the pads.

The at least one breakage sensor may sense whether the flexible substrate is broken or not.
