The multi-channel optical module may include a plurality of optical devices receiving or transmitting optical signals, a housing for optically coupling the plurality of optical devices to an optical fiber, at least one optical filter separating or multiplexing the optical signals according to wavelengths of the optical signals between the optical fiber and the plurality of optical devices, and at least one filter holder protruding into an inside of the housing. The optical filter may be mounted on the filter holder to align optical paths between the optical fiber and the optical devices.

摘要： Provided is an image extraction method of optical phase extraction system. The image extraction method may include checking whether a phase error due to an environmental disturbance of optical fiber occurs by monitoring an output signal obtained by interfering reflection optical signals reflected through two paths. When a phase error occurs, an error is compensated using a phase compensation control method of closed loop type through one of the two paths and an image is extracted by capturing an image of object in a state that the image of object is shifted by the set phase value when a phase error is compensated. According to the inventive concept, a phase error occurring in an optical fiber type interferometer due to an environmental disturbance is minimized or compensated. Also, since an interference image accurately shifted by the phase value set among arbitrary various phase values is obtained through a camera, reliability of three-dimensional phase information being extracted is guaranteed.

摘要： There is provided a method of manufacturing a light emitting diode, the method including: growing a first conductivity type nitride semiconductor layer and an active layer on a substrate in a first reaction chamber; transferring the substrate having the first conductivity type nitride semiconductor layer and the active layer grown thereon to a second reaction chamber; and growing a second conductivity type nitride semiconductor layer on the active layer in the second reaction chamber, wherein an atmosphere including a nitride source gas and a dopant source gas supplying a dopant to be included in the second conductivity type nitride semiconductor layer is created in an interior of the second reaction chamber prior to the transferring of the substrate to the second reaction chamber. This method improves a system's operational capability and productivity. In addition, the crystallinity and doping uniformity of semiconductor layers obtained by this method may be improved.

摘要： The system of the present invention guarantees quality of service with respect to packets transmitted/received between an external network capable of providing differentiated services and a home network. The system includes a packet classifier, a marker, a priority class queue, a scheduler and a token bucket. The packet classifier classifies the packets according to addresses and traffic types. The marker allocates information on priorities to packets transmitted from the home network to the external network. The priority class queue has a plurality of queues classified according to the priorities. The scheduler services packets stored in the priority class queue according to the priorities. The token bucket drops packets, bandwidths of which are above a preset maximum bandwidth, when the packets are generated.

摘要： An apparatus for low pressure chemical vapor deposition for fabricating a semiconductor device comprises a group of reaction chambers, a group of high-vacuum pumps connected to the reaction chambers, a group of gate valves connected to the high-vacuum pumps, and a low-vacuum pump connected to the gate valves. There are fewer gate valves than high-vacuum pumps. A method for fabricating a semiconductor device using the above apparatus includes the sequence and duration of opening gate valves, injecting reaction gases, and pumping with the low vacuum pump. According to the present invention, since the number of pumps is reduced, the cost for installation, operation and maintenance of the semiconductor device fabrication apparatus is reduced.

摘要： A connectionless server for an ATM network carries out routing so that connectionless data generated in a local area network or a terminal is delivered to the appropriate destination. The connectionless server includes a cell header processor for delivering a destination address and an HCT (Header Conversion Table) write address to a destination address processor whenever a BOM or SSM cell is received, and for delivering the cell and an HCT read address to a header conversion processor whenever any cell is received. The destination address processor performs searching and delivers header conversion information (VPIo/VCIo/MIDo) generated from the destination address. The header conversion processor stores the header conversion information from the destination address process and converts the header value of the cell input from the cell header processor using header conversion information stored in a header conversion table. Since the cell copying function is optionally included in the server in the present invention, it is possible to use the server as a server for performing routing of cells having individual address values, as a multicast server only performing copying of group address cells, and as a compound connectionless sever able to process both group address cells and individual address cells at the same time. Variations in the length of the country code, national destination code, or subscriber number included in the destination address are accommodated by extracting header conversion information using all 64 bits of the destination address.
