摘要： An airbag with an inflation gas diffuser comprising an inflator side cloth and an occupant side cloth both of a substantially equal size and a generally circular shape seamed together at outer peripheral portions thereof to form an outer configuration of the airbag. The inflator side cloth has a central opening through which to communicate with an inflator, and an internal cloth of a smaller size enclosed within the airbag to cover the opening. The internal cloth is partially seamed at its outer perimetric portion, to the inflator side cloth so as to form circumferentially alternately seamed portions and non-seamed open portions acting as a control passage for the inflation gas. The internal cloth may be circular, semicircular, dumbbell, polygonal, etc. The seamed portions each may consist of a main straight seam and two curved end seams.

摘要： To achieve efficient heat spreading and heat releasing by using a metal core of a circuit board, a terminal block includes an insulating block body and terminals. At least one of the terminals is provided with terminal portions for a connection with a circuit board. The terminal portions are inserted into respective through holes of the circuit board, the circuit board having a pattern circuit at a surface layer thereof and a conductive metal core at an intermediate portion in a thickness direction, so that heat of the metal core or of both the metal core and the pattern circuit is absorbed and transferred to the terminals. A bus-bar block includes an insulating block body and several parallel bus-bars with different lengths. Terminal portions at a tip end of the bus-bars are inserted, near heat-generating component on the circuit board, into the through holes of the circuit board.

摘要： A plate-like terminal mounting structure is configured to attach a plurality of plate-like terminals in multiple tiers to a terminal holder for facilitated and effective positioning of the terminals in the terminal holder and prevention of undesirable impacts of the terminals upon a connection between the terminals and a circuit board. The terminal holder includes a plurality of ribs tapering toward their tips and parallel to each other. The terminal includes a recessed portions or holes for engaging the plate-like terminals with the ribs in a regular mounting position without gap left therebetween. The rib includes sloping surfaces on its four sides (front, rear, right, and left sides). The terminal holder includes a partition wall separating the terminals from each other, the partition wall being in one piece with the ribs. The plate-like terminals are arranged in multiple tiers in a height direction of the ribs. The recessed portion or the hole of the terminal in a lower tier is large, and the recessed portion or the hole of the terminal in the upper tier is small depending on tapering of the ribs.
