A flexurally rigid and elastic ear loop which forms a loop for accommodating the outer ear of a user, and one end of the ear loop is received longitudinally displaceable in the fixing device of the lock housing, and for adjusting the size of the loop is adjustably received in various length positions, creating a fixing effect. The shell has a sound tube portion carrying a soft tip for insertion into the user's ear canal, an outwardly oriented interface portion for detachably receiving the insert unit, and an engagement portion between the sound tube portion and the interface portion for engaging with the tragus/antitragus region of the ear, wherein the material and the dimensions of the retention element are such that the retention element can engage the user's concha by manual deformation by the user, and wherein the insert unit is a filter unit with at least one sound attenuation filter, or is an active electronic unit with at least a loudspeaker, and with an external electronic unit, which is worn on the user's body below the user's neck.

摘要： A measuring device for checking the tightness of an ear impression mold serving as pattern for the production of an otoplastic and/or of an otoplastic inserted in the auditory passage of an ear through which an air pressure deviating from the air pressure prevailing on the outside can be produced, via an air permeable connection, in the inner space defined by the ear drum and the ear impression or otoplastic. Through the device changes in the generated deviating air pressure can be measured. The air permeable connection is connected to a pump serving for the generation of the deviating air pressure via a pressure chamber whose volume is a multiple of the volume of the inner ear space. A control circuit presetting the timing of the pumping and measuring process is provided. The device is insensitive to differences in the volume of the inner ear space and produces reproducible test results which reliably indicate the quality of the ear impression of otoplastic.
