摘要： A method of operating a fuel cell system in a vehicle that is switchable to a temporary stop mode and restarted from the stop mode. When, in certain driving situations, it is required to switch to the stop mode, it is then checked whether the operating conditions of the fuel cell system allow a switch to the stop mode. If the switch is allowed it takes place. When a restart of the fuel cell system is required on the basis of the vehicle the settings of the stop mode are cancelled again. The switch to the stop mode involves, with further existing electric contacting of the fuel cell, the air mass flow conveyed by the air conveying device being switched off or reduced to a predefined value and the pressure of the combustion gas supplied being reduced to a predefined value.

摘要： A vehicle frame is described which has a step-through opening, particularly for a two-wheeler, for a vehicle having a resilient front wheel suspension, a steering device for a front wheel, a resilient rear wheel suspension for at least one rear wheel, at least one seat device for a driver and at least one protection device which extends in front of, over and behind the driver and is designed such that a laterally open cage is created for the driver which permits the stepping-through, and having an engine which is mounted essentially in front of the rear wheel and below the seat device. The vehicle frame has at least one principal frame element which extends essentially in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, specifically from the rear bottom, close to the engine, toward the front top, close to the steering device, in which case at least one further frame element is provided on each side below the principal frame element which extends at least in sections essentially in parallel to the vehicle contact surface and which forms a supporting surface for the respective foot of the driver. A safety belt device, a shoulder protection bow, a pelvis protection bow and a frame-fixed seat ramp are provided as additional safety devices.

摘要： A semiconductor component is described which includes two zones of opposite conductivity type having a pn junction therebetween, and in which one zone is formed of a monocrystalline semiconductor substrate body and the other zone is produced in the semiconductor body by a doping process, such, for example, as by an implantation or diffusing process. Before the diffusion or implantation takes place, a zone is created at or near the substrate surface which has a disturbed crystal lattice. The diffusion or implantation then takes place through the disturbed zone. A process for producing such a semiconductor component is also described.The other zone may also be produced after the disturbed crystal lattice is produced in the portion of the substrate body which portion will later become the second zone.
