    • The present invention relates to a plasma panel comprising a first tile called the rear tile and a second tile called the front tile, the two tiles being joined together with a distance of separation defining a space filled with gas, a first array of electrodes which is formed from a set of two parallel electrodes, called the sustaining electrodes, and which is placed on one of the tiles, a second array of electrodes called the addressing electrodes which is placed on the other tile, and an array of barriers which is placed on one of the tiles parallel to the array of addressing electrodes. According to the invention, the array of barriers is positioned on the tile carrying the first array of electrodes, the barriers having a height of less than the distance of separation between the two tiles and the separation between the two tiles is obtained by specific spacing means.

    • The photovoltaic module comprises a plurality of photovoltaic cells arranged between substrates and connected in series by connecting conductors. An external connector pin of the module comprises a block of insulating material glued to one end of the module.     • The invention provides a novel compound of materials, which solves the problem of metal diffusion into glass layers during the formation of electrodes on a glass substrate. The invention provides a compound which comprises a powder of a conducting metal or alloy and a powder of a meltable metal or alloy. The use of a metal compound furthermore makes it possible to eliminate a firing step in the electrode formation process. Depending on various embodiments, the compound may furthermore include an adhesion promoter, in order to bond the electrodes to the substrate, a resin and/or a photosensitive substance. The invention also relates to a process for manufacturing a plasma panel using the said compound, and to a plasma panel obtained by the said process.

    • The invention concerns a method for producing on a plasma panel faceplate, a dielectric coating comprising embossed patterns. The invention is characterized in that a vitreous coat is produced on the plasma panel faceplate; a mould bearing embossed patterns is applied on the vitreous coat, then the faceplate and the mould are heated until a creep effect of the vitreous coat is obtained which causes the latter to match the form of the mould, thereby enabling to produce simultaneously and with improved quality with respect to prior art, a dielectric coating bearing embossed patterns such as for instance barriers. The invention is particularly applicable to alternating plasma panel.
