摘要： A detachable fastener includes a screw element and a securing ring. The screw element and the securing ring each include cooperating wedge-shaped surface tooth arrangements and two different pairs of stop surfaces. The wedge-shaped surface tooth arrangements face one another and form sliding surfaces sliding upon one another in a loosening direction of rotation resulting in an increase of the axial force. The first pair of stop surfaces transmits torque in a tightening direction of rotation. The second pair of stop surfaces transmits torque in a loosening direction of rotation. The stop surfaces are arranged with a clearance existing between one another such that the wedge-shaped surface tooth arrangements can slide upon one another without skipping.

摘要： A fastener assembly for a wheel of a vehicle includes a screw element including a threaded portion, a first supporting surface and a number of first wedge shaped teeth being located at the supporting surface. A supporting element is rotatably connected to the screw element. The supporting element includes a second supporting surface and a number of second wedge shaped teeth being associated with the first wedge shaped teeth. The first wedge shaped teeth are located at the first supporting surface to face the supporting element and the second wedge shaped teeth are located at the second supporting surface to face the screw element. The first and second wedge shaped teeth are designed and arranged in a way to realize positive engagement between the screw element and the supporting element when the fastener assembly is being tightened and to make the first and second wedge shaped teeth slide on each other and to press the screw element and the supporting element apart when the fastener assembly is being loosened.

摘要： The present invention provides an oligonucleotide which is capable of activating RIG-I and inducing an anti-viral, in particular, an IFN, response in cells expressing RIG-I. The present invention further provides an oligonucleotide which is capable of activating RIG-I and which has target gene-silencing activity. The oligonucleotide of the present invention has a double-stranded section of at least 19, preferably at least 21 bp, at least one 5′ triphosphate, and at least one blunt end which bears a 5′ triphosphate. The present invention further provides the use said oligonucleotide for inducing an anti-viral, in particular, an IFN, response in vitro and in vivo. 摘要： Methods and compositions are provided for extending the clinical utility of IFN-α in the treatment of a variety of viral and proliferative disorders. Among other aspects, the invention provides methods which increase the efficacy of IFN-α treatment and reduce IFN-α treatment-related side effects. In addition, methods are provided for supporting the survival and for activating natural interferon producing cells (IPCs) in vitro without exogenous IL-3 or GM-CSF. The invention is based on the discovery that certain CpG and non-CpG ISNAs promote survival and stimulation of IPCs.
