摘要： Systems and methods for integrating demand response with service restoration in an electric distribution system. The electric distribution system may include a plurality of regions, zones, and/or areas including at least an outage area that includes a fault and is not receiving electric current from the electric distribution system and a restoration area that is receiving electric current from the electric distribution system and that may be selectively configured to provide electric current to a selected portion of the outage area. The electric distribution system also includes a plurality of demand responsive loads configured to be selectively isolated from the electric distribution system responsive to a load shed signal. The demand responsive loads may be selectively utilized during service restoration, such as to provide additional excess capacity within the restoration area and/or decrease a magnitude of the electric load applied by the selected portion of the outage area.

摘要： A method, an apparatus, and a system for making a decision about virtual machine migration includes a source host platform, configured to send a migration request to a Migration Authority (MA), and to migrate the virtual machine to a target host platform according to a received migration decision-making result. The MA is configured to perform security checks on the source host platform and the target host platform, to obtain a first evaluation result of the source host platform and a second evaluation result of the target host platform, acquire a third evaluation result of the virtual machine, and return a corresponding migration decision-making result to the source host platform. The corresponding migration decision-making result indicates whether the virtual machine is permitted to be migrated; and the target host platform of the virtual machine to be migrated, is configured to accept the virtual machine to be migrated.

摘要： An optical system performs a method for measuring an acoustic signal in a wellbore. The optical system includes a light source, an optical fiber and a detector. The light source generates a light pulse. The optical fiber has a first end for receiving the light pulse from the light source and a plurality of enhancement scatterers spaced along a length of the optical fiber for reflecting the light pulse. A longitudinal density of the enhancement scatterers increases with a distance from the first end to increase a signal enhancement generated by the enhancement scatterers distal from the first end. The detector is at the first end of the optical fiber and measures a reflection of the light pulse at the enhancement scatterers to determine the acoustic signal.

摘要： A multichannel UWB-based radar life detector includes a transmitting antenna and three receiving antennas for forming three radar echo signal channels. A 2-dimensional positioning method thereof includes: a1) amplifying weak life signals of stationary human by the channels, providing an 8-point integration method with an interval of 4 points to radar echo signals by distance; then breaking the integrated signals for decomposition and reconstruction in such a manner that target echo signals and three distance signals are formed; providing digital filtering and differential to the target echo signals for amplifying the weak but useful life signals; a2) 1-dimensionally distinguishing the signals by distance, analyzing spatial frequency according to the filtered and differentiated target echo signals as well as the distance signals for obtaining three target projection signals in the three channels; and a3) identifying the 2-dimensional position information of the targets according to the projection signals, forming an image.
