    • A rotor blade (1) for a wind power plant that extends from a rotor blade root (2) substantially to a rotor blade tip (3), including a one-part or multi-part shell (10, 10′, 14) that is produced at least partially from a fiber reinforced composite material, and at least one belt (9-9′″) that is disposed in the rotor blade (1) substantially in the direction of a longitudinal extension of the rotor blade (1), wherein the at least one belt (9-9′″) has layers composed of a fiber reinforced composite material having fibers aligned unidirectionally in the direction of a longitudinal extension of the belt (9-9′″).
