摘要： The structure for symmetrically disposed linear motor operated tool machine comprises two parallelly erected sustaining walls, a movable gantry, a sliding saddle, a tool spindle, and a weight compensation device. At both sides of the movable gantry between the sustaining walls, between the gantry and the sliding saddle, and between the tool spindle and the sliding saddle, a pair of linear motors is symmetrically disposed such that the armature reaction between the winding and magnet is compensated each other by the opposite one therefore any possible deformation force to the tool machine structure is eliminated.

A tool change is performed after fastening the positioning shaft in the hole. The invention is also applicable to EDM.

摘要： A wire electrical discharge machine (WEDM) including a motion platform, a sink, a workbench, a connecting element, a jib, a first head and a second head is provided. The sink is disposed separately above the motion platform, and the workbench is disposed in the sink. The workbench is connected to the motion platform via the connecting element such that the motion platform drives the workbench moving along a first direction and a second direction. Besides, the jib is fixedly connected with the sink, and the first head is disposed inside the sink and connected with the jib. The second head is disposed above the first head. Thus, the jib does not cause relative motion to the sink in order to avoid leaking.

摘要： The invention provides a working trough and a method for maintaining a uniform temperature of a working fluid. The working trough is applied to an electrical discharge machine that performs wire cutting using the working fluid. The method for maintaining a uniform temperature of the working fluid is applied to the working trough and characterized by forming opening structures in a receiving slot of the working trough such that a spiral swirl having a predetermined height is allowed to be formed in the working fluid, thereby maintaining a uniform temperature of the working fluid in the receiving slot when a wire cutting process is performed in the working fluid by the electrical discharge machine. The disturbance of the spiral swirl also facilitates the discharge of scraps. The present invention further has an advantage of low cost.
