The apparatus and method are primarily for coating the inside of tubes.

摘要： A method of evaporating an evaporative substance under vacuum comprises bombarding the evaporative substance with electrons from a low voltage arc discharge established between a cathode and an anode which is located in an evaporation chamber and simultaneously supplying additional power for evaporation to the evaporative substance by means of an electron gun which produces an electron energy in excess of one keV. A device for carrying out the invention comprises an evacuable bowl, an evaporation chamber with a receptacle therein for a substance to be evaporated and means for establishing a low voltage arc discharge between a cathode and an anode located in the evaporation chamber, a further provision of an electron gun for bombarding the substance with electrons which has an electron energy more than one kilovolt.

摘要： A breech ammunition drive for the breech of a weapon using an external drive is provided. A long connecting rod converts the rotational movement into a linear breech movement, and a short connecting rod moves the breech. The rear end or pin of the long connecting rod is fixed on or in the drive, and the front end engages onto a rack that is fixed to the weapon and onto a slider of the breech support or the breech via a toothing. The short connecting rod is retained in the slider and guided by same, and the connecting rod engages into a transverse slot introduced above the connecting rod and below the breech support. The short connecting rod is guided in the slot fixed to the weapon, the slot having a rear end point into which the connecting rod is inserted.

A further layer can be applied onto the workpieces coated in this way whereby these work-pieces, due to their excellent corrosion resistance, are suited as pieces of jewelry which can be exposed in particular to ocean water and body perspiration, as rolling bodies in which the use of oil or grease as corrosion protection can be dispensed with, and as separating and cutting tools for organic materials.

摘要： A breechblock system for a gun includes a breechblock; a firing pin slidably received in the breechblock and having two diametrically oppositely located catch recesses; and two locking levers pivotally supported by the breechblock on opposite sides thereof and each having first and second arms. The two locking levers have a locking position and an unlocking position. In the locking position the first arm of the respective locking levers projects into the respective catch recesses for preventing the firing pin from moving from its locked position into its firing position. Further, two bolts are provided which are movably supported on opposite sides of the breechblock and which cooperate with the breechblock and with respective locking levers. The bolts have a withdrawn position and an advanced position. In the withdrawn position the bolts are out of a depressing engagement with the respective locking levers, whereby the locking levers are maintained in the locking position by a force-exerting arrangement. In the advanced position the bolts depress the respective locking levers, whereby the locking levers are maintained in the unlocking position in which the second arms of the respective locking levers are spaced from the catch recesses.
