    • A doping method of atomic layer deposition includes providing a substrate in a reaction chamber; and performing at least one atomic layer deposition cycle to form a film on a surface of the substrate. The atomic layer deposition cycle includes passing first precursors into the reaction chamber to let first atoms included in the first precursors combine with reaction sites of the substrate; and passing second precursors into the reaction chamber to let second atoms included in the second precursors combine with the reaction sites uncombined with the first atoms or substitute at least part of the first atoms to combine with the reaction sites of the substrate. The above-mentioned doping method of atomic layer deposition is capable of preparing large area and uniformity of doping film without annealing process or with low temperature annealing process.

    • A computer and a quick booting method thereof are disclosed. The computer includes a central processing unit (CPU), a volatile memory, a basic input/output system (BIOS) and a power module. The volatile memory is coupled to the CPU and stores operation status data when the computer is power on before the computer executes a shutdown process. the BIOS is coupled to the CPU, reads the operation status data from the volatile memory when the computer executes a booting process, and initialize the computer according to the operation status data. The power module is coupled to the volatile memory and provides power to the volatile memory when the computer finishes the shutdown process. Since the operation status data stored in the volatile memory do not disappear after the computer finishes the shutdown process, they can be used to boot up the computer quickly.

    • A foldable fitness equipment includes: an upper fixing member; a lower fixing member including a plurality of fixing holes; a pivot rod pivoted between the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member; a frame foldably pivoted between the upper fixing member and the lower fixing member, and including an upper and a lower frame portions; and a positioning unit including a positioning member and a resetting member. The positioning member is movable between a positioning position and a release position, includes a control portion and a positioning pin portion for inserting into or detaching from the fixing holes, and the resetting member allows for the positioning member to return to the positioning position from the release position. By controlling the displacement of the positioning member, the frame is pivoted and positioned relative to the upper and lower fixing members, so that the frame can be folded.

    • A fan controlling method for an electronic device having at least one fan is provided. In the method, as for each of the fans, a calibration process is performed to obtain fan rotation information and an power/fan-rotation speed information. An assembling position of each of the fans within the electronic device is determined and an operation mode of the electronic device is determined as well. As for each of the fans, according to the fan rotation information, an power/fan-rotation speed information, the assembling position and the operation mode, a temperature-power correlation between the operation temperature of the processor and the power of the fan is calculated. According to the temperature-power correlation of each of the fans, the fans within the electronic device are controlled respectively.
