摘要： A connector with improved structure, adapted for connecting a signal plug, is mainly comprised of a body, a pin plate, and a cap. Wherein, a plurality of recesses are arranged over the body, side of which has at least one gap, and a plurality of pins are arranged over the pin plate, side of which also has at least one protrusion. When the body and the pin plate are connected, the protrusion and the gap are inter-wedged, and the pin is abutted against one side of the recess. The cap of the present embodiment is connected pivotally over the body and may be rotated with an angle, so a signal plug may be inserted into the space formed by both the body and the cap with a slant angle and be restricted by the cap without dropping off.

摘要： An electric connector includes a terminal board and a circuit board housed in a plastic body for connecting an electric power to an electric device. The terminal board has a plurality of upper terminals and lower terminals integrally formed therein. The upper terminals have curved contacts extending into a cavity formed in a vertical section of the terminal board. The lower section forms two rows of curved contacts at one end extending into the cavity. The curved contacts of the terminals may engage with the circuit board securely in the terminal board. While the terminal board may establish electric connection required, the circuit board may change input current and signals to provide additional function, improved performance filtering, cross talk prevention, and the like to increase added value of the connector.

摘要： An improved electric connector includes a socket, a plug, a plurality of terminals and a pair of guide pins. The socket has a cavity inside and a plurality of slots. The terminals and guide pins are made by punching a terminal plate. The terminals and guide pins are then integrally formed with the plug through plastics injection molding process. The plug may be made by separated and simple molds and be held together by the guide pins. Production time and cost may be greatly reduced. Terminals may be positioned and embedded in the plug precisely to result in precise engagement of the terminals and slots for reducing or preventing short circuit and interference.
