摘要： A two mode image displaying apparatus including a light source, an image dividing unit, a displaying unit, and a control unit is provided. The light source is adapted to provide a light beam. The image dividing unit is adapted to be switched to include a three-dimensional (3D) mode area and a two-dimensional (2D) mode area. The light source is adapted to be switched to include a first area and a second area. The image dividing unit and the displaying unit are disposed on the transmission path of the light beam. The control unit executes a boundary brightness compensation by adjusting brightness of at least one of the boundary of a 3D image area and a 2D image area of the displaying unit and the boundary of the first and second areas of the light source. An adjustment method of image brightness is also provided.

摘要： An auto-stereoscopic type 3D-display including a transmissive display panel, a dynamic backlight module and a light guiding unit is provided. The dynamic backlight module is disposed at a side of the transmissive display panel and includes a plurality of bar-shaped light sources parallel to each other and a miniature lens. Each of the bar-shaped light sources includes an illumination region and the width of the illumination region is W1. The miniature lens is disposed between the transmissive display panel and the bar-shaped light sources. An image formed from each of the bar-shaped light sources is outside the miniature lens and has the width of W2, wherein W1/W2=n, and n is an integer greater than 1. In addition, the light guiding unit is disposed between the transmissive display panel and the miniature lens such that the image formed from each of the bar-shaped light sources is directed to different viewing domains.

The battery gas-gauge circuit includes a sensing resistor, a voltage-to-current conversion circuit, a subtractor, a comparator, a logic circuit and a power-management unit. In the voltage-to-current conversion circuit, two conversion circuits thereof obtain two voltage signals according to the two ends of the sensing resistor, respectively, and convert the two voltage signals to two current signals correspondingly. The subtractor generates a current difference signal according to the two current signals. The comparator outputs a comparison signal according to the current difference signal and a current dead-band. The logic circuit outputs a logic signal according to the comparison signal and a predetermined signal. The power-management unit determines battery power according to the logic signal.
