摘要： A monolithic semiconductor voltage regulator in which a lightly doped epitaxial layer is grown on a relatively heavily doped substrate. The electrical resistance of the epitaxial layer is high compared to that of the substrate. Power transistors and preamplifying transistors are formed within the monolithic semiconductor chip through isolation diffusion through the epitaxial layers. A first diffusion is then applied to the epitaxial layer within the isolation zone, and a second diffusion is applied within said first diffusion. The power transistor and the auxiliary transistors are structured so that they are complementary transistors. The power transistor may be formed as a substrate transistor and connected in common collector circuit. The doping substance for the substrate has a diffusion coefficient which is substantially lower than the diffusion coefficient of the doping substance used for the epitaxial layer.

摘要： A temperature stability of a high order is obtained by voltage divider trimming in a circuit in which a common current supply feeds a first branch containing one or more Zener diodes and a second branch containing a voltage divider composed of ohmic resistances, from the tap of which the output voltage is taken, by provision of a circuit configuration meeting one design criterion and trimming an output voltage divider to meet, at a single reference temperature, another design criterion and thus to set both the designed output voltage and the designed temperature coefficient, independently of the scatter of the characteristics of the diodes in the circuit.

摘要： A regulating arrangement for inclining lamps on a motor vehicle as a function of the inclination of the longitudinal axis of the vehicle with respect to the road surface. A potentiometer mounted between the chassis and the axle of the vehicle provides a signal representing the inclination of the axis of the vehicle with respect to the road surface. This signal serves as an input to a comparator which develops a difference signal by comparing the potentiometer output with a signal derived from the actual position of the lamp. The difference signal is amplified and applied to a positioning element in the form of a bimetallic member through which the lamps are positioned. A second potentiometer is used to provide the feedback signal for the comparator as a function of the actual displacement of the lamp.

摘要： An arrangement for the operation of a polyphase load from an alternating current source through the control of triacs. One triac is connected in each phase of the source connected to the load. The control electrodes of the triacs are controlled through a primary stage having a variable time delay in the form of a monostable multivibrator with RC network of variable resistance. A synchronizing device is connected between the primary stage and one phase of the alternating current source. Secondary control stages with fixed time delay elements receive signals from the primary stage or from other secondary stages to control the firing of the triacs. The firing pulses are generated through resetting of the monostable multivibrators present as the time delay elements in the control stages.
